Season record for posted plays 2-5 for -8.8 units

Not good results for the plays from last weekend. Not going to get too worried though as it is early and all plays are for small amounts right now. Going with one play today:

TCU -120 (vs. Baylor) for 2 units ? #13 TCU hosts #6 Baylor. I?m pretty high on Baylor due to their pitching, but they don?t have any weekday starter of note. Tonight they are throwing Junior Aaron Miller who is normally their regular rightfielder. Miller has a 6.75 ERA so far this season in only one appearance. TCU has had one the hottest offense in the country so far in the young season. No reason to think it won?t continue tonight against an iffy pitcher. TCU sends Steven Maxwell to the mound who has a 1-0 record and a 2.84 ERA in two appearances, one of them a start, thus far this season. Maxwell was to be TCU?s #2 starter last year but his season ended early needing Tommy John surgery. He has looked good so far this season as he works back into the mix as TCU?s mid-week starter.

I saw Baylor live and in person this past weekend twice @Minute Maid Park and they had little to no offense to speak of and they have ZERO power in the lineup.
The pitchers I saw were strong but Miller was not one of them.

And they showed it yesterday, unfortunately TCU only scored 1 on Baylor as Miller went 5 strong and bullpen did the rest.

What book do you use to get NCAA Baseball lines??

kegray - yeah, Miller held them down in that game which was really surprising. If Baylor gets their offense going they are going to be a really good team. Their weekend pitching is really good. They have a big matchup against Texas tomorrow. If they are throwing Miller, I don't expect him to go unscathed again.

Anyway, for books take a look at betus, 5dimes and TheGreek. Some other books will post lines as it gets closer to post-season.

Was out of town this past weekend, but will continue to look into further plays. Haven't started the season out well, but it is still early in a very long baseball season.
