bradley's fade by the hook makes tuesday 2-1 instead of a sweep, overall posting record inches ahead at 16-15. got a couple of sides and totals for tonight but they're not gonna be too popular.

uncc +6- and under 146-: the "hornets' nest game" has been played about 35 times, and its usually been a kinda tepid crosstown rivalry, made lackluster by charlotte's dominance, 25-10 overall, 19-5 at home and 5-0 in halton arena. but after last year's wildcat blowout in davidson, everything is upside down. not only is davidson favored for the first time, they're favored by a half dozen on the 49ers' home court. the level of dissing is palpable. as a result, halton is sold out tonight with most fans decked in tshirts for a "greenout." this game will have a level of enthusiam unsurpassed by previous contests. needless to say, charlotte is interested in a frontcourt game rather than a shootout, and will have someone stuck on curry like a rat on a cheeto.

ga st +13 and under 157-: another crosstown game with the underdog wanting to use it as steppingstone to the next level. ga state has been wishing to upgrade its' program going back to the days when they hired ol' lefty drissell for his swansong coaching performance. now they're hyping this game and expect a sellout tonight for a rare televised panther game. tech has been having their problems defensively; expect coach hewitt to shake up the starting lineup tonight for defensive reasons, and to eschew the transition game for some halfcourt matchups underneath. tech is playing their 7th consecutive road game tonught, and tonight is their last game before exam break.

counting the three games in the virgin islands, though i guess they're technically neutral court games. road weariness was my focus.
