Well I haven't been handicapping races everyday as you can see. It's summer time now and I've been busy with family, work, walleye fishing and golfing. Throughout the summer I will handicap every chance I get but I refuse to half ass it. I just won't do it. So when I when I have time I will share my selections. I hope everyone is well.

Think you're on the right TRACK, koz. Capping horses EVERYday, especially during the summer, can drive ya wacko. I take AT LEAST 3 or 4 days a week off and I think the time off to clear your head really helps your handicapping.

Last week was pretty discouraging and if I have 2 out of 3 weeks like that, I'll be taking at least a month off; doesn't bother me at all to do that. Finishing off a day of racing with a minor loss ain't what I'm thinking of - hell, I DON'T expect to go home a winnah EVERY day and small losing days are expected in this game. But, in 2 different days out of a 4 day "horse week" putting a dent in the ole bankaroo or seeing a couple of horses in 2 different races that I like A LOT finishing OTM means vacation time (from horse racing) for me.

Walleye fishing sure sounds good to me. Fishing off the jetties and beach is great down here. (well, compared to N.J.). But I do miss freshwater fishing which was pretty good in N.J..

Enjoy the summer, koz, you've been holding up this place/forum for quite awhile.
