Will give bases another chance...some decent spots (I think) tonight...
Blue Jays +115
Twinkies in free-fall..1-11 last 12 games, 10-29 last 39 overall... Reed's always has been a weak second-half pitcher, and that certainly has been the case since moving to Minny...39 H, 16 ER in only 19.1 IP. Poor numbers for him in domes as well, 4.95 ERA in 19 career appearances..Jays are 6-0 in Loaiza's last 6 starts.
Padres +180
Braves losers of 6 straight at home..offense is struggling, scoring over 4 runs only once in their past 10 games and that was at Coors Field..hard to pass on a generous line such as this even with Maddux on the mound...Pads hit him hard earlier in the season, 12 H, 4 ER in 6 IP...Tollberg on a mini-Maddux streak, no walks past 30 IP and Pads have won his last 4 starts.
Dodgers +115
Marlins not what you would call a solid fave, lost 8 straight along with Burnett losing his last 4 starts. After a strong start, Burnett has faded badly the past two months. Adams not overly impressive, but Dodgers a strong 7-3 since he's become a fulltime starter.
A's -145
Little bump for Oakland last night, but still a red-hot team facing an Indians squad struggling to score runs...only 9 total over their past 5 games. Hiljus has been solid as a starter, A's 4-1 in his starts. Burba off a couple nice relief stints, but no reason to see how he turns things around back in a starter's role.
Good Luck!
