The Orioles host Boston in their first meeting with an American League East team this spring. Sidney Ponson will start for the Orioles, followed by Sean Douglass, Kerry Ligtenberg, Mike Drumright, and Todd Rizzo. The Red Sox will start left-hander Casey Fossum.

The Tribe will travel to Vero Beach, Fla. Wednesday for a 1:05 tilt with the Los Angeles Dodgers at Holman Stadium. Southpaw Brian Anderson is slated to start against Dodgers lefty Wilson Alvarez. Jason Bere, Billy Traber and Danys Baez are also expected to pitch for the Indians.
