Playoff record 40-30 +38.8 units

Well it has been a fun ride this year, and one thing I have learned is dont gamble more than you can afford to lose..... With that being said I went into these playoffs just hoping to break even after finishing the regular season up a nice chunk of change. The second round is coming to a close and I am perfectly content with not wagering on the rest of the playoffs... Sure I want to but Im not going to go below the break even point for the playoffs. One last thing, for those of you looking to piggyback tonight there are some cappers in here that have done very well in the playoffs (Vicc, Thuder, Ddubs, and Trade) to name a few. So check their plays, Im sure you will see some of them opposite of my large play tonight.

Why all the build up you ask??? I just place all of my winnings from the playoffs on the Wild even money. I definitely do not recommend this type of money management but like I said earlier I had a great year and have done pretty good in the Playoffs.

My reasons for this play????

1. Better goaltending
2. Better Coaching
3. Better Defense
4. Home Ice
5. Must win Game
6. Cloutier's confidence is shot (remember the Wings last year)

last but not least... I feel that Minny has outplayed the Nucks in almost every game in the playoffs. I am sure Korn, trade, and the other Nuck fans will disagree and will most likely bet the Nucks. All I can say is I have been burnt in these playoffs with betting with my heart and not my head. I hate the Ducks and have bet against them a lot because of it and lost.

So if the Wild lose tonight I will see you guys in October for the start of the 2003-2004 season.

There you go, threatening the gambling Gods again:D. Last time you tried that in what? December or something? and you went on a 200+unit run:eek:.

I know I have 2 units on the Nucks, but I hope you stick around, Chenks, cuz I think all of us regulars in here make one hell of a team. All the discussions and information put up here on this board make us all better cappers.

Can't argue with you on any of those points on backing Minny. I just have this feeling that it's over:shrug:. Vanc is 8-0-2 this yr after giving up 5 goals or more, and over the last 5 yrs, all the 2nd round series that went to Game6 were won by the road teams except 2 (12-2 SU). I hope I'm wrong and hope to see you stick around ;) :D

I've been looking at the wild just like you would look at a beautifull women(i'm married). A young team that plays firm defense but yet that can burst into some nice offensive moves.

I have all those futures on the nuck and ottawa and i feel like cheating the lady going out with the wild. The temptation has been so strong latelly and; they are so attractive the figures are making it so nice to look at and the price is cheap; but i'm married to the nuck.
Dont tell anyone but i've decided i'll cheat on them; best thing that happens i'll win tonight with that attrative and seductive team but vancouver will win back home in game 7 and win the serie.
If Vancouver wins the serie tonight i'll get closer to them winning conference and cashing in my future.

I'M CHEATING:eek:.....makes me feel bad:confused:

Good Luck Chenker!! I would hate to see you leave... unfortunatly I'm on the other side of this one.... If the last game was a 1 goal win like 2-1 3-2 etc... then I would have been all over the Wild..... but with a blowout like that in Van embarrasing them like that has got to have pissed the Nucks off... and they should be out for the Rebound tonight....

Congrats!! Didn't expect that kind of game at all.... now I have no idea what will happen tomorrow.....
