3-3 w/Best Bets
9-6-1 on Tuesday
After getting off too an 0-4 start in the day games yesterday, I made a modest come-back in the evening affairs(9-2-1). :box2: Nice Best Bet winner w/VCU ML(+135) as well. Was having a hard time deciding on tonight's Best Bet between a couple of games on the card so I'll just post'em both. Playing:
Valparasio +11.5(Best Bet)*
Wyoming +10.5(Best Bet)**
Kent State +8
DePaul -1
Pepperdine -1.5
*-The Crusaders have been "On Fire" in their first couple of games shooting(57%) & scoring(95PPG). Valpo has played solid defense as well holding their opponents too just 31% shooting from the floor & have a +12 rebounding margin. The Fighting Illini have played an extended exhibition season in their first too games(Alabama State & Jacksonville State) & while they won both games comfortably, Illinois has shot just 25% from beyond the Arc & 47% overall. A poor shooting night against the "High Scoring" Crusaders could spell trouble for the home team. Valpo, who won 26 games last season, has already been tested this year & beat a very good Murray State team which should help them in their first game away from home. Think the Crusaders will stay well inside the # in this contest & may even pull off the upset tonight so I'll place a small wager on the ML(+570) as well. :0074
**-I capped this game & had the Buffalos favored in the 4-6 point range which has been the spread for the last too meetings between these teams. Speaking of those games the last couple of years, the Cowboys have come out on top in both winning last year in Laramie 76-69 & too years ago @ the Coors Event Center in Boulder 65-54. As a matter of fact, Wyoming has won the last 6 games in this series. These teams have both beaten-up on UT-Martin so far this year but Wyoming played a little better defense holding Martin too just 34% shooting. Colorado allowed the Skyhawks too shoot 42%. Will gladly take the "Generous" 10.5 points here & don't be surprised if the Cowboys make it 7 in a row against the Buffalos tonight. Another small ML(+465) play on this Best Bet too!!! :0074
