boston
1.) boston plus 200...

i'll take the 200 here...bostons goaltending situation is up in the air...but iMO shields has to play if healthy...he did nothing in the last two weeks to not give him the start....Hackett has to be rusty and not 100%...this is a no brainer for me...dont know why the organization has to make it a mystery...the bruins have played this team tough all year long....they were never blown out by NJ...Bruins penalty kill is so ..so ...but Nj power play is non existent...special teams and goaltending are vital in the playoffs in my opinion...every goal is crucial so the advantages you have you must use effeciently....that being said NJ has a huge advantage in the goaltending department....no doubt ...but they have had one all season over the bruins and again have not exactly killed them....if we can get some big stops by the B's goalie..i think they have a chance here at an upset...they are playing physical since o'connel took over...and for all thier weaknesses...they are still a physically big team....which they should be able to use in the playoffs..the addition of samsanov will give this offense a boost and the power play....if he is 80% he is better than most fowards at 100%..his puck handling skills are second to none...so he definetely adds a nice dimension to the PP in this series something they have not had since the first month of the season...lets hope shield starts here...

Good luck, coozer, and thanks for the thoughts. You pushed me over the edge. I think the B's can steal one of the 1st 2 away here, hopefully for our sake it's this game:D.
