Kansas City area for who knows how long....
Cincinnati Reds/Pittsburgh Pirates Under 9 (-115)
Washington Nationals/Miami Marlins Over 9? (-120)
Los Angeles Dodgers -170
Arizona Diamondbacks +134
St Louis Cardinals/Milwaukee Brewers Under 9 (+100)
New York Yankees -230
Toronto Blue Jays -1? (-125)
Cleveland Indians +110
Houston Astros -180

1 unit bet pays 213 ... the short parlay would be LAD, Houston, Tor ml, Cleve

Goood luck everyone!! :firing: :toast: :SIB:em71:

Detroit Yankees 1:05 Zimmermann (Tanaka - well, considering how Zim cuffed Astros and Royals of late (and has also done that in 3 career games vs NYY, but never has pitched at NYY), and Tanaka off a 14 SO start - could be pitcher duel. But I doubt it, as both these guys so up and down this season, Zim too many fly balls and Tanaka so HR prone. but ya never know with these types...Yanks bats are stronger and more consistent, good at bouncing back at home and have something to play for. Tigers have won only 2 of Zim's last 10 road trips (he's given up 14 home runs in his last 11 road starts), plus, that horrible Tigers bullpen is worse now after trades... and when Yanks win with Tanaka, it almost always by 2+ runs...so Yanks -1? and thinking over

Toronto White Sox 2:10 Happ (Holland - Happ been pitching ok of late in terms of ER (tho too many walks, been some control issues), but team has won only 1 of his last 7 starts..Holland much worse of late, team has won just 1 of his last 10 starts, tho to be candid, they aren't winning many starts of anybody of late...CWS do hit lefties well, but Happ grew up not far from Chicagoland area and he pitched college ball at Northwestern, Jay looks forward to his visits this area..gonna take the over, of course, and pondering the CWS dog again, but hard to take this depleted awful CWS team and should really just blindly bet against CWS every game the rest of the season.

Minnesota San Diego 3:40 Santana (Perdomo - Santana has been struggling bit of late, tho did shut down Astros and Indians on the road, he should do well again vs SD and Perdomo should bounce back bit from last start (sharp again thru 6 innings, then it falls apart - and don't forget he has 10 quality starts at home this season, a close second to Chacin, but when he not good he tends to get pretty bad - hence that high home ERA despite 10 QS...), Santana can relax and get back to pitching now that trade talk on him have died down. MN got rid of 2 key pieces, tho team prolly gonna wanna show front office shouldn't have done that... liking that 5 inning under and Minnesota

Kansas City Baltimore 7:05 Vargas (Hellickson - Vargas looks like he's back to defying his peripherals and has dominated Orioles his whole career (7 guys on the present team has 80 AB vs him, with .225 BA, but the dangerous Beckam might really get to him) - but last time I said Vargas not making much sense, but we should just ride him - he that night bit the regression bug real hard...Hellickson's first start with new club, he should step up his best stuff, so worried about Vargas I guess take Boston as they seem winning now...but this just the sort of game KC decides to break out and storm to a win...still, I'm on Balt

Cincinnati Pitts 7:05 Stephenson (Williams - Stephenson has better command and secondary pitches than his (poor) last season (tho not really show yet in his two starts this season, both vs Marlins) I think he might do well today as Pitt bats of late have not been like Miami's...Pirates have won only 2 of Williams last 8 starts, despite his decent pitching...under

Cleveland Boston 7:08 Bauer (Porcello - Porcello is losing, but keeping his team in the games...Bauer's new curve he is mixing in a bunch, using a kinda knuckleball grip, is really nasty, but he's not consistent and he is usually much better vs weaker teams. But based on the very recent success he's having with his new pitching mix, I am gonna take Cleve 5 innings in hopes I'm getting a piece of this more effective Bauer before markets react. With Tomlin down, Bauer can secure a spot in the rotation if he keeps this up..and like Cleve to avoid sweep..Porcello under has hit 13-8-1 this season his starts, so on the under too

Washington Miami 7:10 Cole (Worley - Worley just can't be trusted to be anything decent, esp vs bats like WA have, but Marlins bats pretty decent of late too, bullpens still not sparkling, Cole has not been good in the Majors or the Minors, and so taking the over and Miami dog

L.A. Dodgers Atlanta 7:35 Stuart (Teheran - Stuart had 5 unearned runs his last outing, and only 3 innings. They will try keep him out there longer today, some fun then might develop and Teheran's fastball been a home run pitching machine of late, ATL is 6-22 in Teheran's past 28 starts, He has never beaten the Dodgers in his career, and we know how poor his pitching is at home.. liking the over but LAD not the offensive juggernault on road of late..so I guess just find something to parlay LaD with as they not covering the -1.5 line much of late.

Seattle Texas 8:05 Miranda (Cashner - taking TX as Miranda not usually pitch well in his road travels to batter's parks, but that Seattle bullpen been terrific last several weeks and Cashner might be working with a new catcher tonight...

Arizona Chi. Cubs 8:05 Godley (Arrieta - Godley can be quite good on the road, his high ground ball % will work well at Wrigley, and Cubs not winning all that many Arrieta starts of late, tho he's pitching better (but his very low BABIP of late indicates plenty of that might be luck)...taking AZ

Tampa Bay Houston 8:10 Pruitt (Keuchel - Pruitt has some good stuff, but not gotten it together yet, and not a good idea to be trying for that vs these tough bats..Keuchel had some serious rust looks like need more time to work it out, so taking the Over...Houston has lost 2/row just one this season, but that was recently as their play been very average of late, lotta injuries too...but still like Astros

St. Louis Milwaukee 8:10 Luke (Suter - I think both these young guns do well today and Milk still an 'under' cash machine, esp at home, so under

N.Y. Mets Colorado 8:40 Flexen (Chatwood - Flexen has decent upside, but my guess is it would be after a start at Coors before we see that, as he was hammered by the light-hitting Padres in his MLB debut, Chatwood not been himself, been working thru his calf injury, giving up tons of walks, and not good at home this season like last season....so over again.

Philadelphia Angels 10:07 Thompson (Ramirez - taking the big dog...Phillies still on a roll, let's hope we see the decent Thompson today, now that his season debut is over, and Angels have lost 5 of Ramirez last 10 starts...

Oakland San Francisco 10:15 Gossett (Moore - matchup seems about even, except Oakland playing better of late, so gonna take the dog..maybe the over

Since June 7th, the Dodgers are 40-6 (3 losses in June, 3 losses in July). A bettor risking $100 on them each game would have won $1,465. They've closed at -200 or higher 24 times in this span.
Recent form: WWWWWWWWLLWWWWWWWWWW -- LAD have failed to cover the -1.5 line in 5 of last 9 wins, and 4 of last 5...
