Harly, That smell you detect is not Texas, it's Nebraska. My Huskers suck, and suck bad. We gave our 2nd best effort of the year last week against A&M at home and still gave up 380+ yards on the freaking ground. A&M QB McGee ran the ball 36 times alone. Javorski Lane had his 3 longest runs of the season on Saturday vs my Huskers. We STINK. We are a stellar 1-7 ATS this year. In other words we can't and won't cover the big number. UT can pick the score.

FADE NEBRASKA, this week and every week unless Callahan and/or DC Cosgroan are no longer coaching the team.

New AD Tom Osborne has said that he will not fire any coach mid-season, but rumors are a flying that some big money boosters are negotiating a buyout for Callahan to resign, but the bastard wants more money than his contract calls for, knowing that Dr Tom will not fire him until after the season is over.

Things are not good in Huskerland.

FADE Nebraska, I figure I might as well make a profit from this nightmare of a season.

I remember when Nebraska hired Callahan following is termination from Oakland and I thought to myself how stupid was it to hire this pass-happy scheming fool to coach a team that is built around run-run-run style offense. What a stupid decision. Callahan will never hold a big name job ever again.

Well, Nebraska recently fired the DAAD (that stands for dumb ass athletic director) who hired Callahan in the first place. I'm sure Callahan will be an offensive coordinator in the pros in a couple of years and wonder why in the hell did I waste four years coaching college.

It is a disaster. You have been and will continue to be correct about fading Neb. The Solomon Grundy to KU.
