Finished last week 11-8 but gained 8.3 units, as I hit 4 out of 5 of my 3 unit plays. That probably put me down around 7 units for the season.

Played these so far

UVA +5.5

Rutgers+1.5

Best of luck this weekend... I am up in the air when it comes to Rutgers/ Sfla but I am wondering how the young scarlet knight will handle the bulls front four. Perhaps the line I thought was going to be one of the tops in the nation will play this game and it isn't a factor but I wonder.

Cheers

Irish,

Thats a good question and I am banking on a couple of factors here: 1) Rutgers has owned USF the past three years, 2) Rutgers is coming off a huge emotional win against UCONN, and 3) the weather, as I am sitting in my den about 22 miles from the USF campus and the temperature is about 79, but thursday nights game will be played in 45 degree weather.

Im going to play a one unit on the under 47 in the battle of former Huskers tonight. Hell, it's the MAC so it will probably hit 75 points, but Solich seems to have the Cats playing good defense. Parlaying the under with Ottawa and the Heat over 184.

Was talking with a guy tonight that is highly connected at Notre Dame and he told me that Weiss is gone if he doesnt win at least 8 games this season, and that they have put out feelers to Brian Kelly to gauge his interest in taking over the program. It might be tough for Charlie to hit 8 wins since you have to figure both road games at Stanford and Pitt feature teams with strong running attacks, and even the home game against a under-rated UCONN might be tougher than it looks.

Its possible that they could beat Pitt, but Charlies record against top 25 teams is pretty bad, I think he has only beat two top 25 teams during his tenure at ND. I read somewhere that Weiss has the same exact record as Willingham had at the same point in his career, and the average computer rank of the teams that Charlie has beaten during his reign is 73.

took it on the chin last night with the Ohio under, poor defense in the 1st half doomed my under play. Im too dumb to know better, so lets go with another under tonight for 2 units

CMU under 63 **

I played BG over, passes BSU, and worried about Rutgers, as reports are that the flu bug has crippled the team. Practices were limited this week due to so many players being down with the bug.

AL,

Im already playing UNC with the points. This is Butchs bowl game and all trends indicate UCS outright. What are you thinking about Clemson this week? Nice spot for a flat game against an explosive offense

By the way Rutgers has been my best team to bet for the past three years. Somehow I have a ZEN like understanding of what this team will do week to week...

Great call on Rutgers... I guess my concern shouldn't have been if Rutgers could handle the pass rush of S.Florida and been can Sfolirda show up offensively?? SFla was down right bad... highschool JV would have been in that game with what they gave to rutgers.

forgot that I also played SO Cal over 57, everyone is down on the Trojans offense, but they just played back-to-back games against the two best defenses in the country. I think USC will overload the box to stop the run, so Stan should have some good lanes for quick strikes in the air.

Saturday results 12-6 +10.8 units
Week Results 13-9 7.3
