YTD 181-165-7 +9.54 Units

WF +24 for 5 Units
The Irish have won three games by 3pts. and two games by 7pts. at home. ND doesn't blow anyone out at home and I know how bad the Deacons are but......ND has USC on deck and it's Senior Day, which means many players will see action as Brian Kelly has gone on record as stating so. Even if ND was to get ahead by a bunch, they will take their foot off the pedal so they can get out of dodge healthy! WF on the other hand will be playing this game like it's their bowl game. I will gladly take the points here!

ASU -20 for 3 Units
WSU are downright awful and even worse on the road. ASU gets back home to become bowl eligible as this is just what the doctor ordered, a weak opponent. ASU gets after the QB and they will rattle either Holiday or Tuel. The Devils should explode on offense and get their 6th win of the year.

Duke +13 for 3 Units
Blue Devils off their bye and GT off a massive road win. Teams that score 60+ always have a hard time out on offense the following week. It's one of those odd stats, even in the NFL if a team scores 50....the next week they struggle on offense. I like the type of offense Duke brings as GT struggles badly on defense. I look for Duke to get enough stops on D to frustrate the heck out of the Jacket D.

now listen man, let me start by saying good l uck this week.

but explain to me how you thinking zona st will win by 20, any different then me thinking bama would beat the irish by 30?

i mean seriously, I am just asking a honest question.

you made the comment "i think its funny how some people come out of nowhere and thnk a certain team would win by 30. it blows me away"

but yet you think zona st will win by a big margin?

what if someone who was playing WSU came in here and said they were "BLOWN AWAY" that you had the nerve to think zona st would win by a wide margin?

again, not arguing, just trying to explain wny i was honestly a little suprised by your reaction to me saying bama would win by 30

everyone makes predictions on games on here. in fact, you did it about 38 times just last week...

anyways, good luck man not tryin to argue wit ya...been hear a long time not trying to involve myself with any problems...just sayin what i thought

Love both dogs. Good luck.

Thanks CG! Honestly, I think you and I use alot of the same methods when capping those dogs.....GL to us! I wish I had more confidence in Duke, otherwise they would both be 5 Unit plays.:0074

All good, I will make this short and sweet. ASU and WSU don't compare when it comes to talent on the roster.....that is why I am saying a team that is 5-5 team(that blew the Mizzou game on an end zone INT to close out the game) should trounce a 2 win WSU team with wins against Eastern Washington by 4 on their homefield and UNLV by 8.

To say ND would get beat by 30 plus by Bama when they are the No.3 and 4 teams in the polls make no sense. A 10 win team vs. a 9 win team.......to say they are that different on the field and it wouldnt be close screams football ignorance!

Agree to disagree......but your statement holds no water when you compare me saying ASU by 20+ vs. Bama by 30+ over ND.

GL this week!

I have no problem with you making endless smart football predictions each week, you are good at it.....very good. I made 38 as you pointed out, but I didnt go off the wall and plead football ignorance by saying A&M was going to be beat Bama by 30+ when both teams were so closely matched and that was the point I was trying to make when you stated Bama by 30+ over ND. I hope you see where I am coming from. All good. GL

I definitely am with you on ASU as they drop in class and are at home...situations I love to look at. If you're looking at other intagibles, it will be no fun at WSU this week as national attention focuses on the program. Huge difference in talent levels and program maturity. I also like Miss State for many of the same reasons as they are -6 to Arkansas. I've got some others on the first list but, nothing that warrants a mention yet...I'm waiting for the Michigan line as I hoping it is undervalued since Robinson is questionable...I feel stronger about the back-up QB.

I'll put your other two on my look-see list. On the surface, I'm afraid Wake will not score so even the ND pathetic offense should be able to get 24 on the board...of course they didn't do that against BC.

Two random thoughts, I think a healthy Kansas State would beat Oregon. They have a consistent and disciplined running game to control the clock, don't turn over the ball and they defense up the middle very well.

I also think that there will only be one undefeated team left at the end (ND, Oregon, KState) and, if I could find the wager, I don't think any of the three will arrive in their bowl game without a loss.

Finally, for many of the same reasons noted re: KState, I think Stanford has a chance this weekend. I think Stephan Taylor (along with Monte Ball) are the two best RB's in the country and Taylor should have a huge game. Stanford turns it over more than KState but, I'm hoping that they will play ball control with Taylor and their top rated TE. They are getting 22.5 and I'll be a taker. I don't want to blindly support all of these big dogs in Top Ten games but, we did have ULL, BC and A&M all pegged pretty closely last week as (at least) two TD underdogs.

Good luck this week.

Hey azbob! Love your insight my friend, as always.

Knowing you are in AZ and like ASU makes me feel even better about that play. Like you said, ton of attention will be on Leach this week and that is never a good thing having negative media on your ass.

Great point on Miss. St I saw alot of the Arky game on the weekend and they are soooo mistake prone!

I cant get a read on Michigan and will probably stay away again.

KSU would certainly give Oregon one hell of a game.....and we could very well see it come Jan. 7th!

As for ND, they were sleepwalking through that BC game and when they had to come through they did.....example hitting 10 straight 3rd down plays. If they had their 100% attention like the upcoming USC game, it would have been different I think. Glad we hit BC as a dog. WF will find a way to backdoor cover.....in a worst case scenario.

Now with Stanford, I think the points are soo juicy. Great run defense and they run the ball extremely well on offense. Cal ran the ball well til mid 3rd Q and stopped, that was when Cal fell off the rails. Stanford will throw the kitchen sink at Oregon and think this one will be a hell of a game!

GL this week!

Cincy -6.5 for 3 Units
Rutgers has been very lucky to escape with a few wins this year and I really think after watching them last week against Army......that they are in for a rude awakening on the road. Cincy is sooo good at home too boot. I absolutely loved the play of the Cats new QB Kay. Those 2 long TD's he hit were outstanding on Saturday. If they beat Rutgers, they will be in a 3 way tie for the BE lead, with winable games at home to USF and at UConn.

Ball St. -3.5 for 3 Units - Tuesday night play
Already spoke about the game a bit in the thread of Full Court Press. Homefield, QB play for Ball St. and a lack of playmakers on offense for Ohio along with shoddy QB for Ohio makes me feel strongly about this play.

Wisky -3 for 3 Units
Badgers are finally hitting their stride and have the balanced attack that many thought would be there this year when you have Ball as your RB. The switch at QB after the bye week was just what Wisky needed. OSU is off their bye week and have rival Michigan on deck at home. Give me the Badgers on Senior Day!
