Again, feedback is welcome. My pool is down to 3 after one of the players had New Orleans last week. New England looks like the logical play for me. Detroit is decimated by injuries, lacking in talent and run by idiots. I realize Detroit has historically played well on T-Giving day but those teams were far better than the 2 Morningweg editions. Only knock on NE is they are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games, so they've underperformed a bit.

San Fran is an option also but I'm a recent form player and I didn't like what I saw Monday night and Seattle's offense looked very impressive last week. This time of year many teams go from good to mediocre or bad to decent so I'm passing on them.

Cleveland is another option, and they've covered 5 in a row now while Carolina looks really terrible right now. They played good D for much of the season but apparently thats gone now.

Pittsburgh is available but I'd like to save them for next week when they host Houston.

Kansas City is still available and they are playing the woeful Cardinals. The problem here is KC's defense is really, really bad. Shipp ran wild last week for Arizona. They also have some problems with injuries/lack of depth.

I haven't used New Orleans but they look like a team headed for a tailspin. They've given up 20 or more pts in every game. I expect TB to handle them.

Baltimore would be the anti-Cincinnati play but the Bengals often play them close. I don't have enough confidence in Balty to take them on the road.

I would lean toward KC @ home. they play tough there and they need the win to have any chance (slim as it may be) Plus I could not beleive that # was so high should tell you something right there.

Freelance-

I'm definitely considering Cleveland. I'll have to check theirs and NE's upcoming schedules. I was on the Carolina bandwagon earlier in the season when they were playing solid D but the wheels have really come off.

NHL8810-That KC defense keeps any other team in the game so despite the bigger line, I think its a shakier play.

gotta be on

gotta be on

KC, chefs hot at home play much tougher,
THERE IS NO WAY AZ will stop Holmes plain and simple, AZ will never have ball
Plummer has all but given up, and I agree if KC wants to make playoffs they know they have to win this game

Dont trust SF and Cleveland this week based on points made others in this thread.
Seattle might be dangerous.

I agree Seattle could be dangerous but Cleveland is red hot right now with 5 straight covers. KC may whip Arizona but their defense is still awful. You still need to have D to win in this league.

My pool's still got the same 3 guys that were the final 3 four weeks ago. I was on New England this week, they both took Oakland. Obviously I don't have the Pats as an option anyways. Not a big fan of taking road teams in this format though, so if I did have them I'd probably steer away from them.

I am on either KC or Clev...probably KC. Ya their D stinks but when was the last time the Cards played a decent road game? It's been a while. It's now or never for the Chiefs. If they can't put away a game like this, their season is over. They basically have to run the table with their division and the wildcard race as it is.

Clev worries me because Carolina at least has some semblance of a defence, so a win is possible. Prior to the last couple weeks I was thinking Carolina had GOOD D...but I think it's been proven it's not that good. But it could be good enough to give the Browns some problems. Browns haven't played anybody with a decent defence for about 5 weeks now.

Probably a good spot for SF to bounce back, but I think I will save them a bit longer. No one else I would take.

Good luck to you whatever you decide.
