I played the Browns in a 6 team teaser (yeah, I'm a sucker) on Tuesday & now I'm second guessing that part of it.

I'm hearing conflicting reports about Frye's status. Some say he's out, some say he's not ruled out. Does anyone know for sure 1 way or the other?
