Week 1: 8-4 (+3.60)
Week 2: 9-14-2 (-10.14)
YTD: 17-18-2 (-6.54)

Week 2 was definitely a horrible weekend....im sure for a lot of people also!

early leans:
Cal
UNLV
Purdue
Rutgers
Notre Dame
ECU:shrug:
GT
BYU/NM over....whenever that comes out
Uconn

i think i learned a lesson by playing way to many games last weekend....will probably go with my best 4-7 plays

be back later in the week when more lines are put out

take care and lets get 'em this weekend!

Purdue, after that bad lose, going against one of the hungriest teams in the nation at home? I took Wake already assuming the line jumps.

dont get me wrong....WF is a good team....but they will not surprise Purdue after beting State last weekend.....Purdue knows all about stopping the RUN..

also got to go with the fact that Purdue lost last week...they will be pissed off and wanting to rebound

should be a good game....

it is only a LEAN right now....will probably play it, but have to look at a bunch of stuff first!

Good point made. I doubt Purdue was looking ahead to Wake, but its fair to say they were taking BG lightly. Though BG is a good team and looked good. I think that Purdue will keep this game extremly close, and will possibly win. What I really like here is Wake's momentum, especially returning home. Should be interesting, the main reason why i played it already is I'm sure this line will jump over the next few days. GL to you :toast:

I HIGHLY doubt they were looking ahead to Wake. Joe Tiller is from Toledo and makes trips to Toledo in the off season...ALOT He knew plenty about BG and the new coach. Tiller does freakin coaching camps there man lol. So trust me, he was not looking ahead..

besides, Purdue lost on a 4th and 13

i wasnt saying that they were overlooking BG....what i meant to say is that Purdue will not overlook or take WF lightly after what they have done so far this season (BC and NCSU)...

hope that clarifies....

this will definitely be a close game, but my reasoning is that Purdue see's a lot of RUN in their conference and will be more ready to handle it than NCSU was....State's D was suspect unfortunately and was exposed last weekend....

WF cannot do the same thing this week and expect to win IMO..

i will be on Purdue....already got it at +112 ML....WF will have a above average year again this year, but will not surprise anybody again this year...

Respect Grobe alot as a coach, but their biggest challenge so far will be against the Boilermakers!

gl bud....one of will be happier on this play!

take care

after i take beating like last week, i start on Sunday looking at what i did wrong and seeing how i can correct it....

last weekend could have been a fluke week with alot of the dogs covering or winning outright, but i am embarrassed to have put those plays out for others to see and maybe follow!!

i hope you understand where i am coming from....no one is here to lose $$, and i HATE posting losing picks and especially losing weekends!

take care AR and i look forward to your analysis for this weekend!

also, i am flying out to Columbus on thursday afternoon for the NCSU/OSU game so i will not have as much time this week to do my work! Golf on Friday with my brother too.

gl and GO PACK!

good luck Toy-

Hope they put a OSU/NSST line up soon- expecting a 10-14 point spread and I think NCST can hang with the Bucks this weekend.

btw- do you think TA will play this weekend???

Have fun at the game:D

Good luck Toy!

Will you keep us up-to-date on the 3 NCSt guys who didn't play last week? I would think they are essential to the Wolfpack being at the top of their game. If by any chance they aren't playing, how will your guys do without them? Particularly, how strong is the backup RB?

Reb....once i find out about TA, Hicks and Colmer i will let all of you know...

backup RB's are Jackson and Brown....both are average to pretty good, but nothing compared to TA IMO.....

without those 3, it will definitely be like last week....no team is scared of our run game with TA, simple as that...Rivers should he can be deadly with his short passes, but our Defense has to get better immediately...

gl to you as well and if anybody hears about the updates please let us all know!!

it is CONFIRMED!!!!!!!

44 yard line halfway up the lower level seats .....:D

yeah baby!! My brother said he had to ask major favors to get the seats (he JUST started his fellowship at OSU in July)....but he got 'em and are in his hands)

from all indication here is the injury reports for the State players:

TA: nothing confirmed, but he will not want to miss this game....all i understand is that he fell on wednesday of last week in the players lounge....freak accident (strained patella tendon) and he is listed as doubtful!!??

Hicks: Broken hand....listed as probable. that should be interesting

Colmer: still has Virus in Spine....doubtful for game....Mckeon is slated to start his 3rd game in replacement of Chris

Betrand: groin injury....listed as probable

From gopack.com

also from the site:
"As ACC football fans have seen for three years and two games now, anything is possible as long as NC State's special quarterback is on the field. In a losing cause on Saturday, Rivers still had the most productive game of his career, hitting 38-of-49 passes for 433 yards and three touchdowns. Through two games of his senior year, the Athens, Alabama native has connected on a mind-boggling 81 percent of his passes (64-of-79) for 753 yards and six touchdowns. About the only thing that tarnishes his play to date are the two balls he had picked off in 49 attempts against Wake Forest."

There still not a published line as of yet....still will probably not play it

for all concerned about playing it

guessing the line will be under 14 regardless....probably 12.5-10.5

can State win....of course.....

will they.....very slim chance....

was really surprised that the Pack showed NO trick plays at all last weekend...maybe they are saving them all for this game

New WR Washington got a lot of balls thrown to him which will boost his confidence a little bit.

Cotchery showed why is so good last week and he will have to lead the WR's this weekend to have any chance!

Of course everything will fall onto Philip to lead the Pack.....our running game was non-existant last weekend and to have ANY chance against the Buckeyes, they are going to have to have some success there! As stated above, Philip has very impressive #'s last week and if he can do that this weekend, then we have a SHOT

OSU struggled last weekend, but they got the thing we wanted the most: THE WIN...

they are still the champs UNTIL they lose...they seem to play with fire alot, but so far they have won the dance with the devil.

there defense is very good and will be a great challenge to Chuck and Philip

The X-factor in this is clearly their O vs our D....both have been below average so far this year....whoever wins that battle could esily determine who wins this game

i know i will enjoy myself, but it would be real nice to make my first trip to Ohio with a W for the PACK!!:D

will be back in a bit with what i am playing this weekend!!

oregon -12 at az:

watched last weekends game against LSU, and Az played with heart but were outclassed....Oregon has the O that Arizona does not have...The commentators talked about how U of A will be ready for the Pac -10 games and especially Oregon since they know them so well, but can they cover these points?? I really do not think so...there are many here that are Pac-10 specialists, so i will let them talk about the game in more detail, but i cant think that Oregon loses or evens loses by less than 2 TD's....played this with confidence....lets hope i am right!!!?? :nono:

Rutgers @ Army

I also saw how the line went offline last night....thank goodness i got it before that happened....Army was exposed last weekend against Uconn and i think Rutgers can and will do the same thing this weekend...This might be a play against a lesser home team, but i will take it....

Louisville @ Syracuse (-3):

Louisville will have a tough time this weekend up in NY trying to handle the Orangemen's potent offense...Syr got lucky last weekend, but a win is a win....There offense was great in their comeback and will do their best to get the lead early and keep it in this game IMO....think Syr really opens this one out early and keeps coming after the Cardinals in their home opener!
