Patriots/ Ravens OVER 49
I'm looking for both offenses to right the ship this week. Patriots will have an easy go of it against the 27th ranked defense in the league. Ravens are very vulnerable down the middle, which is the Patriots strength. The patriots easily get into the 20's and maybe more.
Ravens have 2 modes on offense. A home/ playoff mode and an away or "Cam" mode. We saw the "Cam" mode during the 2nd half last week vs Philly where Cam Cam-moron takes an offense that is balanced and works well and then totally eliminates the run game, taking the ball out of the hands of your best play maker on the field, Ray Rice. Inexplicable and inexcusable. Ravens, at home, will come out with the A offense this week at home, easier to communicate the no-huddle in front of the home crowd and will move the ball effectively on the Patriot defense. They too will get into the 20's easily, maybe more.
If the difference in this game is a FG, I like the Ravens chances with this kid Justin Tucker. Its a shame that the Ravens couldn't move the ball another 20 yards and given him a chance to win the game last week.
