Well Let me give you a few reasons-
1) quality sec team at home as a dog
2) Lsu beat oregon with 100 yards passing:scared
they won because of turnovers and being outmuscled
wont happen against msu
3) 16 returning starters for miss state first home game
4) first true road game they played in texas but had alot more fans there than oregon- in another words whole diff climate.
5 lsu generated 330 yards against oregon and 350 yards against a div 2 team -but scored off of 9 turnovers.I think msu puts points up and holds onto the ball
6) Line movement and friends the line opened at 4 got slammed to 3.5 in the first hour i thought the public which are right sometimes would drive the line at the sharp books to 4.5 to 5,
