Mediocre week last. It was a crazy Saturday for me. I'm going to look into my mistakes more as this week goes on. I did play a few dogs early...

Love your picks man but curious about your reasoning on the Iowa play. They have one of the worst Offensive Coordinators in the history of Offensive Coordinating.

Greg Davis is known for his conservative play calling and grossly underutilizing his weapons downfield. One of the main reasons I loaded up on ISU 2H. Iowa fans are ready to string him up.

Definitely a no-play for me but I wish you luck.

Wow! Talk about a blast from the past! Good to see you posting, ol felonious one....:toast:

Us Iowa fans lay the blame squarely on the fossil that is the HC, Kirk Ferentz.
Yes, Davis is no prize, but capt Kirk is such a control freak that even if Davis wanted to open it up he wouldn't allow it.
Only way Iowa stays in this game is via turnovers or a QB change and a play calling change as well. Turnovers could happen-- no chance that the others will. :facepalm:

I like the matchup. Pitt runs the ball well, but Iowa defends the ball well. Pitt center is also out, which hurts them in this matchup even worse. Pitt can't really exploit Iowa with through the air.

Like you mentioned, Iowa does have some weapons. Catching a TD in what should be a low scoring brawl is attractive to me.

This line should have been bet up from that "low" 5.5 opener. I think they made it low for a reason. Another game that i think is a coinflip - getting the 6 is gravy

Man, SMU looks bad. ANother game, I should have waited and gotten the extra points. I just feel SMU isn't as bad as advertised. I think they have a few tricks up their sleeve for this game. This is just a classic buy low, sell high, too many points play for me
