The Staff of the Ravens have sent a message to its players this week. Play hard or get the fuck out. Stokely is gone and Mount McKinnley's replacement has been acquired.
The message is clear. The effort needs to be ramped up. The shit we saw in the 1st half against the Bills will not be tolerated. The move to get the Jags Left Tackle was Ozzie Newsome 1st EVER mid-season trade. The defense is talented. They have had 2 poor halves all year (2nd half at Den and 1st half at Buf) The offensive line has been pushed around like rag dolls and Flacco has no time to set his feet to throw a perfect pass to receivers that cannot catch the ball. LACK OF CONCENTRATION.
The Ravens have the talent to be a playoff team and to beat the likes of Buffalo AND Miami on the road.
All I can say about this week is...if you don't get 100% max effort from the Ravens, heads will roll!!!
