Is there a spread on this game worm?
Are you making this a smash without even seeing the spread?
Thanks

Hey Worm, I like your style. I about dropped the paper when I read the spot was only 3. Good Luck; Lucky Dog.

This spread jumped out at me when I first saw it also. Rutgers are not nearly as solid a football team as WV and this will be illustarated when the two teams meet this week. Rutgers 'O' has improved but against the mountaineers 'D', will struggle to move the ball as freely as they have in earlier games this year. Like the call worm!

That line seems low. I think the home team historically covers between these 2. I agree though that WV is a much stronger team with better athletes. Good luck

Home team has covered two of the last four FWIW. Aside from last year, WV has won comfortably in previous years against the knights. Let's hope another one is in the making this weekend.

I love that one too. Bet it yesterday. Keep up the great picks worm. I also played Pitt last week, too bad they only showed up for 2 Qtrs, can't win em all.......

BTW, how did you get a pic of my kid?

The line being set here I think is a classis situation of the public overvaluing Rutgers win vs. Pitt on national TV and correspondingly reading too much into WVs loss to VTech. VTech is an awesomely good football team; both them and USC are just in a class by themselves (though USC is probably still in a whole separate category than VTech too). WV will be primed to bounce back and Rutgers is just as primed for a let down.

Really like the pick Worm. Thanks for all the work and continued success to you this year!

Mountaineers D??

Is this the same D that gave up 400 yds to Vtech at home, forced them to punt ONCE and caused ZERO turnovers?

Or is it the D that faced Syracuse Off. which is horrible, or maybe Wofford????, or Maryland's aerial attack, or East Carolina(which the game was home) and ECU had more first downs and 20 less yards.

I wish you luck on your smash, but feel its not as easy as you think.

WVU's D is good.

I think their inability to sustain drives on offense tends to hurt their D. Alot of fumbles has not helped.

There Defense pursues to the football as well as any in the nation.
They also put alot of pressure on opposing quarterbacks. Vick escaped a lot of sacks with his mobility. I do not think Hart will do the same.

Rutgers only gamebreaker is their fullback.

One question mark tough is Quarterback. Bednarik. He was injured last game. I do niot know his status.

Watch out for Fresh RB for WVU Gwaltney. This guy can not be stopped in short yardage.

I like the pick WVU laying 3. I'm on it.

I think your local is giving you a horrid line-unless you live in Morgantown, WV.....I would still play it though....

I see the same people that read Rutgers wrong, going to let Rutgers beat you again. Public perception has not caught up to Rutgers yet . They have a huge edge at Qb against a Wv team that has not passed for more 100 and change this yr.
