FAU +3 over MTSU
Owls are 10-4 ATS in the last two years in Sun Belt play, 6-1 on the road.
FAU is the best team in this league and the next two Tuesdays will prove that out. I'm surprised to see them as the underdog here. Perhaps its the public perception of MTSU's upset almost a month ago of Maryland and the subsequent near miss versus UK. Those are certainly positive results, but dont forget the Racers have already lost twice in Sun Belt play, both by two touchdowns. I dont think they fare any better tonight going up against the league favorite. FAU got steamrolled by Texas and Minnesota, but went toe to toe with Michigan State and had they made less mistakes might have pulled it off late. But, in the one game where they played an equal at their level, they put up 48 points and pounded UAB.
The Owls will put up big points tonight and win this game outright. The points are just a bonus.
