Lucky Last Night

Sitting here eating a pizza and having a cold brew, my feet started itching. Action was calling, and I wanted to listen. All I heard was USC, USC, USC. The line was -7? local and all I could think of was back door. But, I still wanted to play the game. I was being tested, it was tough. Then , all of a sudden, I fell a sleep after my belly got full and missed getting any action in on the game. When I awoke, USC was leading 27-7. I said SOB I shoulda got down on the Gamecocks, this one got away from me.
Fat boy gets hurt, backup comes in the game, USC not really prepared for him, and bingo final score was 27-21. Maybe I need to fall asleep more often. Congrats to Ky backers, and my sympathies go out to the USC backers. The one I thought that got away, didn't get away after all. I was saved by the pizza.

Started having a few second thoughts on S Fla -1 , got to asking myself why only -1, considering 21 game home winning streak ( I think that's what it was). Anyway, decided to let it ride on the Bulls. It was like a magnet, pulling me to a play on Minn., but I didn't have the +3 available to me. Something kept saying Minn , and then something kept saying, naw Mich. always beats em. But, I'm telling you, it was like a magnet pulling me to Minn..
The more dinner I ate, the more I wanted to play Minn.. Final score 38-35 Mich.. This time I owe Popeye's eight piece chicken meal, large cole slaw, large mash potatoes and gravy, four biscuits, and 2 glasses of tea , a big thank you for saving me money again. Hell, I don't have a gambling problem, I got an eating disorder.

I have slept right through TB's collapse, S Caro collapse, and Minn collapse this week alone. Cost me a little food money, but cheaper than the wagers. At this rate, I will weigh 300 pounds by season end, but I should be well rested.
