Calculated out a shit load of games this week AND still not done yet. Still, about 10% of the games to get number crunched. Posting the standout nos. that I gots so far and the ratings for these are good enough to make me certain that I will be on these:

The spreads are what they were 2 days ago when I went through the figures.

No bestest bet yet, but there is a mini-long shot Money Liner:
Vandy UPSETS Miss. +150
(BTW) Pretty sure I've posted 4 of these UPSETTERS and the record is 0/4 :(. Either they are OVERdue to hit or maybe I just better stick to my favorite FAVORITES?)

The PLICKS:
Temple -10 vs. Conn.
Toledo -7 1/2 vs. Cent. Mich. - so far, this one would be a best bet, but NOT YET.
Mid Tenn. St. -6 1/2 vs. UAB.
Texas+10 vs. Sooners: Using this one in a parlay, hence "+10" for me.
Mich. St. -4 vs. Minn.: I just LUV this team and that makes it a contender for Bestest of all plicks.

Under/Over.. anybody?

TCU/Kansas St. UNDER 50 (dang line WAS 53 and I didn't put it in then, Fluck!)

May be one or two more; I'll add them if there are.

G.L.

Only one mo interesting play to add

Only one mo interesting play to add

The "Cruncher" sez E. Mich covers over Army, I sez, "Sure you're working right, Crunch?"

I studied this game real close like and came up with a compromise. The computer takes care of all the reasons for its regular line pick better than I can and that's why I don't go into details and more "blah, blah, blahs" for my posts. But for this Over/Under opinion, I got some reasons; here's a couple that some MJers may not be aware of....

Them Eagles (E.Mich) strong suite looks to me to be their defense and ESP against the ground game. Look at the the last 3 teams that they faced; the best any could do was 3.1 yds/ground attempts, hell Kentucky's no. was something like 1.5. Let Army drain the clock while they scratch and claw for those ground yds.

Here one other thing - last time Eagles were in an OVER game was in NOV '16. That's 8 or 9 in a row! EGAD!

And .. one mo - Army couldn't rush against TULANE (minus 3.1yd/rush). Sheesh!

Yeah, the play looks like it should be for E.Mich in this game but, I don't like picking AGAINST the electronic marvel.

Think that's it for this week.

I hear ya, TJ

I hear ya, TJ

I didn't see the Tarheel game, but I know the pain of bad calls and losing Money Liners in those case really burns.

You know, sometimes somebody like me that looks like they don't know what the hell they're doing and sometimes they really don't. I'm referring to "Only looking (mostly) for favorites to play" and I even said to a buddy, "Hmmm... I hope that upset of Clemson on Fri. isn't' a bad omen for me this weekend (week 7)". I sure as hell was right about that with all the freakin dogs covering. That last 2 mins. of the Mich. St. game really hurt, Spartans controlled the whole game along with the cover in their back pocket and that last 2 mins. of that game with Minny marching almost the entire field to score a touchdown with seconds to go IN A LOSING EFFORT ,enabled them to cover the spread. UGH!

Wrap up
Looks like my Plicks held up quite well (something like 50% which included a Best Bet weiner) considering the parade of underdog covers we had this past weekend. Did good on the O/U's (think it was 2 for 2, 2 for 3 with that added Army fiasco) and stayed very consistent with my "Mini dog Upsets" record at 0 winnahs and 5 losahs, total for the season so far. I don't get it, last season, almost 80% of the dog WINNING picks I made won outright. :mj03:

I don't go by my w/l record, my bankaroo level is what I go by and Dang It, again it all came down to a three teamer, with 2 freakin college weiners and one pending NFL favorite.. and sure enough, just like last week the mutha jumpin NFLer "sure thang" M.L. weiner, K.C., LOST. So, the bankaroo went a little south, not that much though thanks to the BB Toledo cover that made up for the Spartan losah.

BTW, I think I just figured out a way to play my plicks; check out my original post for this past week. They're listed in this order. W,L,W,L,W,L etc. Verly Interlesting, ya think?

Thank you for stopping in TouchdownJesus :) Glad you had a good Sat.; keep it up.
