Panthers defense has been playing some real good football. They average less than 14 points per game given up(2nd in NFL), 302 yards (3rd in NFL) Panthers are 5th against run and 4th against the pass.
Tampa is ranked 31st in points scored (14.5) and yards gained (298)

Bucs could only manage 20 points against the Eagles and their Swiss cheese defense, and they managed only 23 against the Falcons
