freshman QB on the road, vs the #3 ranked team in the country....and they are FAVORED by a FG ........3 key parts of that sentence......FRESHMAN, ROAD, #3....

no way should FSU be favored here, unless they want Clemson money.

I did a decent little write up on my thoughts on this game in my picks thread. Basically I think AU is capable of getting in the 40s in this game. A&M shown no semblance of a defense this year and every conference opponent has outscored their season average when playing them. Looking like Jeremy Johnson will probably be starting again so we actually have a pass threat - and I honestly don't feel worried about the whole "freshman going on the road" because we run the ball 75% of the time anyways. LSU couldn't stop our run game, so I'm pretty sure we will churn out 250+ on the ground saturday. Gus knows it's gonna be a shootout. Obviously there's no way to "stop" Manziel but our run game can keep him off the field and our Defense has been very opportunistic all year and can probably force a turnover or two.

I just think 2 scores is too much. A&M barely beat Arkansas by 2 scores and the Hawgs are the worst team in the SEC

I will look again in regards to the game. Perhaps I need to watch some auburn game again....I had em just shy of 30, so 40 points would absolutley change my opinion if you really think they get there.


I have A&M in the 50's, so maybe the over is just the safe bet....I don't see how A&M doesn't hit atleast 40, and if auburn scores like you think, over should be money...

I was thinking 52-28, but 52-48 is a over winner in the 3rd quarter hopefuly....

I think the over should be a good bet. Last year when A&M came to Auburn my play of the year was on A&M Team Total Over 35ish and it hit midway through the 2nd quarter.

Our defense has improved every game. And we got word today that our Achilles heel on defense (White slow terrible MLB jake holland) got "banged up" against the highschool team we played last week :lol: and won't see much action. Best news anyone could have heard. A much much faster, infinitely more athletic guy is taking his place. We've all been hoping for this since day one of Frost stepping on campus. Guy is good and against someone like JM we needed him on the field the whole game.
