I've collected a week's worth of notes and I'm ready to proceed with the analysis. It was nice to cash along the way but the primary focus of the exercise was to gather information and get into the routine again.

In the past, as some of my older friends know, I've spent this time making sys plays on hockey while collecting NBA data but I got a few request to post so I did.

The next few weeks are going to be busy for me. I made commitments to my American Legion Post to help out with the planning and execution of Veterans' Day and Marine Corps Birthday events.

I'll stop by when I can. Some days will be better than others. I haven't fully capped today's board and I'm not sure if I'll have time.

BOL everyone. Keep your streak going and play smart.

:)

Ax - thanks for your contributions to this board. But more importantly, thanks for your contributions to this country.

Thank you. You got any plans to celebrate the birthday of our beloved Corps Gunny?

I was thinking about that today on my drive home after posting in this thread. My Grandpa used to call me on the birthday every year. Not on my b-day but the Corps birthday. He was in the Pacific during WWII with 2 Purple Hearts to prove it. But, lost him this month last year. Cancer finally took it's told and he couldn't fight anymore. I was thinking that this year will be the first time in many I will not get that call. Even after all the years and shit that he saw and had to go through he was still proud to be a Marine, as will I Brother.

First name is Raymond but everyone knew him better as Pete.

Thanks Ax, he would appreciate such a gesture as do I.
