Oklahoma (-10.5) 1 unit. didn't think miami looked all that good against marshall. they're going to struggle against a real defense.
boise st (-3) 1 unit. we'll find out real quick if washington has really improved that much or syracuse is just that bad. i'm thinking 'cuse is just that bad.
penn state (-17) 1 unit. perhaps a bit of a homer play, but the nittany lions should exploit notre dame via the air all game.
psu/nd over (43.5) 2 units. is this total right? this looks so easy, it scares the crap out of me. i can't believe i'm typing this, but penn state is going to open up the offense this year. they should be able to throw on notre dame all game long. and notre dame's offense will not look as bad as last week. sure, clausen will struggle at times. but georgia tech's defense matched up perfectly against notre dame's offensive weaknesses. penn state does not play nearly as aggressive a defensive style (not many teams do). obviously they will blitz more than usual, but clausen won't be under the constant pressure the nd qbs were under last week. i fully expect nd to be able to put some points on the board this week.

tcu (+9.5) 1 unit. this is the year the horned frogs rule the state of texas.
south florida (+7) 1 unit. hey, if the bulls can beat elon by 15, there may be no stopping this team. if you haven't seen matt grothe play qb, you don't know what you're missing. love this kid.
troy (+26.5) 1 unit. just a hunch the trojans will stay within 3 tds.
