SATURDAY
I like a lot more games than I'm willing to play. I rarely play favorites, but I like some this week (a lot). Here is what I have played (so far).
Penn State -7
This line makes no sense, none. There is no way in hell an unranked team should be favored by 7 over a ranked team, if the book is looking to make its money on the juice. What I really like is that Wisky season to a major hit with their big loss last week....not easy for college kids to bounce back after their dreams get shattered the previous week.
LSU -10
ESPN and USA Today continue to talk about LSU's recent struggles with UK, but I could give a crap about those BS trends. Here's a trend I like, when teams lose their first game (UK), they tend to come out VERY flat the following week....and that is not a good thing for a Wildcat team that doesn't have LSU level talent. Blow out win for LSU.
Arkansas -2.5
This line makes as much sense as the PSU/Wisky line. Go Hogs.
Arizona +20.5
I hemmed and hawed and finally took the Wildcats. I love the fact USC's season took a shot to effin' balls last week, I just don't know if UA is enough of a team to kick the Trojans while they are down.
