A Tulsa woman is suing the city?s code enforcement officers after she said they cut down her garden with no cause.

Denise Morrison said she has more than 100 plant varieties in her front and back yards and all of them are edible and have a purpose.

She knows which ones will treat arthritis, which will make your food spicy, which ones keep mosquitoes away and treat bug bites, but she said none of that matter to city inspectors.

The anti-food tyrants are at it again, this time threatening a Michigan woman with fines and jail time for her ?crime? of daring to plant tomatoes and peppers in her front yard. Your help is needed to take action and fire off an avalanche of complaints against the local bureaucrats in Michigan who are threatening this woman (see action items below).

This story involves a woman named Julie Bass, whose front yard was dug up during sewer line construction. After the construction project was completed, instead of planting grass, she thought it would be far more practical to plant a vegetable garden. Watch the brief news reports on this at:

http://www.naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=1?
http://www.naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=0?

Vegetable gardens not only provide organic, high-nutrientlivefoods to those who grow them, studies have also linked gardening to enormous health benefits such as sharp reductions in the risk of breast cancer (http://www.naturalnews.com/025280_c?) and even lung cancer. They also create an environment of food security while promoting eco-friendly practices. There?s no food that?s more ?local? than the food grown in your own front yard, right? It?s good for public health, great for the environment, and fantastic for teaching children useful skills that get them out of the house and away from the X-Box.

Thou shalt not grow food in Oak Park
None of this seems to matter to Kevin Rulkowski, the city planner for the city of Oak Park, Michigan. With a nasty arrogance that seems to be increasingly common among ignorant bureaucrats, he complains in a video news report that Julie Bass?s garden is in violation of city code and Julie has to dig up her entire garden or face punitive enforcement actions by the city (which could include jail time).

City code says, ?All unpaved portions of the site shall be planted with grass, shrubbery or other suitable live plant material.?

But city planner Kevin Rulkowski, who really just comes off as anarrogant bullyin his attacks on Julie Bass, proclaims, ?If you look in Webster?s dictionary, suitable means common. And you can look all throughout the entire city and you?ll never find a vegetable garden that consumes the entire front yard.? (http://naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=1D577?).

Hold on a minute, Mr. Rulkowski. Suitable does not mean ?common.? Suitable meansappropriate within the context in which it is being used. Check any dictionary and you?ll see the definition of ?suitable? being either ?appropriate? or ?proper.?

Even the Webster?s dictionary Mr. Rulkowski quotes in his news report doesn?t define ?suitable? as ?common.? It defines ?suitable? as ?proper, able, or qualified? and gives examples such as?The dress was a SUITABLE choice.?

Well what could be more suitable to a family with a yard than teaching children how to grow some of their own foodright at home? That?s suitable! It?s the most suitable (and natural) thing in the world, in fact. What?sweirdis to grow nothing but grass and then spray your lawn with toxic chemicals to kill all the weeds, and then mow the lawn every week burning up fossil fuels and polluting the air just to keep your lawn manicured. That?s bizarre (and terrible for city air quality, by the way).

Gardening, on the other hands, is eco-friendly, health-friendly and great for the air quality of the city! What could be more suitable to a city than people growing more of their own food right at home, right on their front lawns?

Oak Park hates veggies?

To be an opponent of a home garden is to be an enemy of the environment, an enemy of food freedom, an enemy of self reliance and an opponent of the rights of the People to pursueLife, Liberty and Happiness.

Mr. Kevin Rulkowski, who can?t even get his dictionary definitions straight, maintains his arrogance: ?I told her don?t do it. And she went ahead and did it anyway.? As if Julie Bass is somehow supposed to grovel at this bureaucratic parasite?s feet and lick his boots because he pretends to be in a position of authority.

Kevin Rulkowski is like every other mindless bureaucratic tyrant running around America or any other country: They are useless parasites on society who actuallyharm peoplewhile collecting public dollars as their own wages! The city of Oak Park, Michigan would be better served by firing this anti-gardening P.R. disaster before he gets any bright ideas such as banning fruit trees or edible flowers. As a spokesperson for the city of Oak Park, the guy is a shining example of how tonotconduct public relations.

He also just looks kind of heartless and mean, you know? ?As if he?s been living on processed junk food and hot dogs. I guess for a paper-pushing bureaucratic whip cracker, that?s a ?suitable? diet, eh? But growing your own food isn?t suitable at all in his mind. Of course, he?s perfectly fine with pavement. Lots of pavement. You can?t havelivingvegetables in your front yard, but you can pave the entire yard and he?s be fine with that! (Seriously, what kind of pathetic, hate-filled anti-lifer prefers pavement over fresh, living garden vegetables?)
So now Julie Bass is facing a jury trial and possible jail time for daring to stand up to the tyranny of miscreants like Kevin Rulkowski. The trial begins in a couple of weeks, and the outcome remains in doubt. (You can help, see below.)

If you haven?t already, watch this video on NaturalNews.TV to get the full story:

Help Julie Bass defend her natural right to grow garden vegetables on her own property

I am requesting your help in coming to the aid of Julie Bass, who seems like an intelligent, decent human being who was basically just minding her own business and growing some veggies on her own property. (To even think that this is now a CRIME in America is just sickening.)

I urge you to join our avalanche of phone, fax and email complaints to the City Planner?s office in Oak Park, Michigan. This avalanche will be taking place across three days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (July 11th ? 13th). Here?s what to do:

Action Item #1) Sign the online petition!
It already has 14,000 signatures (as of this writing) and lots more on the way!

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/oa?

Action Item #2) Complain loudly to Kevin Rulkowski, the condescending bully city planner in the news video who is harassing Julie Bass over her garden and threatening her with punitive action for daring to question his ?authority?:

Phone:248-691-7450

Email:krulkowski@ci.oak-park.mi.us

Be sure to CC the City Manager Rick Fox who needs to be kept in the loop on this so he can see how his entire city is now becoming famous all across the ?net for having the world?s most moronic city planner who hates vegetable gardens:

Phone:248-691-7406

Email:rfox@ci.oak-park.mi.us

If you wish, you may also cc the Mayor of Oak Park, Gerald E. Naftaly:

Email:gnaftaly@att.net

Question: Is it really okay to email complaints to these people? Of course it is! They are public servants who are paid by the taxpayers. Their entire job function is to SERVE the public, to take your calls, read your emails and respond to public requests. That?s why all their emails and phone numbers are openly posted on PUBLIC web pages. You?re supposed to let ?em know what you think about the job they?re doing!
Tip: Remember that if you email these people, they will then have your email address. To protect your email privacy, I recommend emailing them from an account that doesn?t give away your name, such as a free email address (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) ? and even then, they will have your IP address. Absolutely DO NOT email them from your work email account, because some of these bureaucrats are so nasty and deceitful that they will actually call your company and tattle on you to try to get you fired. So be smart about where your emails are originating from. And as always, please do not threaten these people with violence. That is a criminal offense and in no way do we encourage that. Do speak strongly and firmly to voice your opinion, but don?t cross the line into becoming a criminal yourself. We always encourage our readers to be polite but firm. And don?t violate any laws such as the Patriot Act which can now get you thrown into Guantanamo Bay for merely emailing a fake bomb threat, for example.
You can find all the contact information for the city of Oak Park on a public web page at:

http://www.oakpark-mi.com/city_dire?

Action Item #3) Listen to the Alex Jones this Thursday at 11am central where I?m scheduled to be the fill-in host for Alex, and I?m going to discuss this issue in greater detail live on the air. I?m hoping to have Julie Bass as a guest on the show, although I have no idea if she even has any interest going on the air to tell her story. Hopefully she will want to share her experience on live, nationwide radio so that others can join her fight for food freedom. (We?re trying to reach her, but no guarantees? But if we can?t get her on, we?ll invite her attorney to join us instead?)

You can tune in to the Alex Jones show atwww.PrisonPlanet.comthis Thursday at 11am central (12 noon New York time).

Action Item #4) Read Julie?s blog, which you will find at:

http://oakparkhatesveggies.wordpres?

She has a ?donate here? button on the top of the page where you can donate to her legal defense fund (to help pay some of her legal bills). Please consider making a donation to this cause. She is now being represented by Solomon M. Radner, founder of Radner Law Group (in the Detroit area).

Action Item #5) Share this article with others so that they can be kept informed of how bureaucratic tyrants are attacking our natural rights to grow our own food, home school our own children and decide what kind of medicine we wish to treat our children with, too! We must continue to spread the word on freedom and stands up against bureaucrats, parasites and government tyrants who are trying to turn us all into criminals for growing veggies, selling raw milk or even growing rabbits!

Additional opinion and commentary on Kevin Rulkowski

In my opinion, Kevin Rulkowski is a snot-nosed bureaucratic parasite with asinine ideas and a complete disregard for personal freedom and environmental etiquette. He has single handedly made Oak Park, Michigan the laughing stock of the internet, and he has handily demonstrate both an astonishing lack of word sense (suitable means common? Huh?) combined with a world-class demonstration of bureaucratic retardation that can only be truly appreciated by watching the movieIdiocracy.

But it?s not just Kevin who is the ass here, it?s also the whiny, petty neighbors who called the city on Julie in the first place. ?Oh my God, Martha! Did you see that neighbor girl! She refused to plant grass and she?s GROWING VEGETABLES! For God?s sake WHO GROWS VEGETABLES!? Call the city planner?s office!?
These type of people are pathetic. TV-watching, lotto-ticket-scratching, microwave-dinner-eating ?useless eaters.? They lead pointless, predictable, conformist lives devoid of meaning, utterly lacking in respect or compassion for any other human being, and they lack the basic understandings of personal freedom that must serve as the foundation of any lasting society. It is precisely these kind of whiney, pitiful, pathetic excuses for human beings who are the reason America has gone downhill in the last two generations.

In the 1950′s you would never have heard someone complaining about their neighbor having a garden in their yard. The idea would have been preposterous. What? A garden? Of course they can have a garden! Smart people grow their own tomatoes, didn?t you know? What kind of moron complains about an organic veggie garden next door? I mean, seriously. Can we all please find a way to herd these people off a cliff somehow?

It is only today, in our artificial society, overrun by pavement, lit with toxic mercury fluorescent lights, cooled with artificial air conditioning, with our people fattened up on high fructose corn syrup and MSG and our schools dumbed down to the lowest common denominator of intelligence, that mainstream adult citizens have turned into such empty-headed crybabies thatthey have nothing better to do than complain about their neighbor growing food.

I don?t know who the neighbors are who actually called the City Planner?s office and complained about Julie Bass, but I?m willing to bet they are the most pathetic, brain-dead zombies who also take their annual flu vaccine shot and buy pesticide-ridden GMO food because ?the government says it?s all safe!? These people are just lining up to beDarwin award winnersduring the next societal disruption because they have no self reliance skills, no ability to think for themselves, and probably no physical ability to even lift a garden rake and move some dirt around with their own hands in the first place.

They are planetary parasites who couldn?t survive a week without spray cheese from a can.
Grow up, people! If the biggest problem in their life is that a neighbor is planting vegetables ? OH MY GOD! AL QUAEDA VEGGIES! ? then just wait until they experience the coming debt default by the U.S. government, or the hyperinflation of the currency which will send food prices into the stratosphere. It won?t be long beforepeople who grow their own food will look like geniuseswhile those who don?t will be paying five, ten or eventwenty timescurrent prices for whatever food supplies they can get in the years ahead.

Why smart people are growing more of their own food

Planting a survival garden is one of the smartest things you can possibly do right now. I teach all these food preparedness skills, by the way, in a new course I just released, which you can learn about at:http://premium.naturalnews.tv/Be_Pr?
One of the things I teach in my course is to watch out for all the non-preparers living around you who refuse to learn how to grow, harvest and store their own food. These are the people who will become a burden on you (and all of society) during any possible future disruption in the food system (crop failures, radical weather events, GMO catastrophe, natural disasters, economic collapse, etc.).

Guess who?s likely to be standing in a food line when the next crisis hits? Kevin Rulkowski, the Oak Park city planner who thinks gardens are so ugly that nobody in the entire city should be able to plant one in their front yard.

I have advice for the residents of Oak Park, Michigan: When a food crisis strikes our nation, and Kevin Rulkowski comes to your door begging for food because he?s starving, politely remind him that he?s the government goon who actually threatened people for growing their own food. Then slam the door in his face.

Some people truly deserve what they have coming. Those who are true enemies of freedom, enemies of food, and enemies of self reliance do not deserve any help from the rest of us when the next crisis arrives. Let these people fend for themselves, without any seeds, stored foods, gardening skills or even a water filter.

Let?s see how well they do in the real world for a change, eh?

Sometimes Mother Nature has a way of removing people from the gene pool who simply aren?t qualified to join the future of humanity; a future that MUST be based on distributed food production, front yard gardening, local food production, health freedom and a respect for the freedoms of your fellow brothers and sisters.

When society can no longer tolerate people growing their own food in their own yards, that society is clearly on the brink of collapse. What could be more fundamental to a healthy community than local food production?

In opposing this ? and threatening an innocent woman with jail time for growing a garden ? people like Kevin Rulkowski are despicable examples of the devolving human race. In a world where survival means producing some portion of your own food in cooperation with your neighbors (who also produce something of value to trade with you), people like Rulkowski won?t be missed at all.

In fact, in certain dystopian futures, people like Rulkowski become food!Soylent green, anyone?

Eck! No thanks. I?ll take my yard-grown corn on the cob instead, thank you very much.

My guess is the Blue Cheese would be one of the cry babies about a neighbor having a garden?

Major Violent Crime Wave Hits Anti-Gun Cities Across America

Major Violent Crime Wave Hits Anti-Gun Cities Across America

Major Violent Crime Wave Hits Anti-Gun Cities Across America

As crime rates drop around the country, a somewhat predictable but disturbing trend is starting to pop up in big cities across America. In a number of large metropolitan areas throughout the country, where guns are severely restricted, crime is actually increasing. In fact, it?s increasing at a rather alarming rate.

gangmembergun.jpg

Take the notoriously Anti-Gun city of Chicago, where in the first 6 months of this year the city has already seen over 228 Homicides. Last weekend alone, Fifty-three people were shot; nine of them fatally, in what?s becoming a deadly weekly trend on the streets of Chicago. From Flash Mobs attacking shoppers on Michigan Avenue, to the Gang Violence that?s plaguing the city, Chicago has become more violent than the deadly war zones in the Middle East.

While gun control advocates point to Chicago as being a major reason for needing stricter gun laws, what they fail to mention is that nationally crime rates are actually dropping. In areas that actually respect your right to bear arms, crime rates have been dropping year after year.

Last week, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced that violent crime decreased 4 percent in 2011.

So why are national rates dropping when places like Chicago become deadlier?

If you look at places like Chicago, Washington D.C. and New York City where they refuse to recognize the right to bear arms, one thing becomes painfully obvious. Gun Control Laws DO NOT WORK!

While national crime rates are dropping, the cities mentioned above are becoming gang infested warzones with sky rocketing murder rates. If these gun control measures actually worked, then why are these cities all in the middle of unprecedented violent crime wave?

When will they ever learn?

Chicago?s answer to the problem is almost too stupid to believe. This week Chicago is encouraging residents to turn in their guns in exchange for a $100 gift card. The Chicago Police Department is asking residents to get guns out of their homes and turn them in during their annual gun turn-in program, ?Don?t Kill a Dream, Save a Life.?

Anyone who turns in a gun will get a $100 gift card, no questions asked!

In a public statement, the City of Chicago said they are encouraging:

?people come out that have weapons lying around the house, or weapons, maybe, that they don?t necessarily want in their house. This is a chance to get some money for their weapon, and get another dangerous weapon on the street.?

I fail to see how asking law abiding citizens to turn in their guns and leave their homes defenseless is a viable option for solving the violent crime issue in Chicago. I mean let?s get real here, we all know criminals are not going to be the ones showing up to turn their guns; so who are they really targeting with this campaign? If you ask me, it seems like all they?re doing is making it that much easier for the criminals to rob and steal without fear of being held accountable.

Police To Hold Gun Turn-In Event This Weekend

CHICAGO (CBS) ? Using the lure of $100 gift cards, the Chicago Police Department is encouraging people to get guns out of their homes and turn them in this Saturday, during the annual gun turn-in program.

As WBBM Newsradio?s Mike Krauser reports, the Police Department is partnering with 20 churches..
LISTEN: WBBM Newsradio?s Mike Krauser reports

First Deputy Supt. Alfonza Wysinger says anyone who turns in a real gun will get a $100 gift card. Replicas and BB guns are worth $10.

?No questions asked,? Wysinger said. ?Just show up at the church, and hand over the weapons to the CPD officer that will be there, and get your $100 gift card. So we strongly suggest that people come out that have weapons lying around the house, or weapons, maybe, that they don?t necessarily want in their house. This is a chance to get some money for their weapon, and get another dangerous weapon on the street.?

The gun turn-in event, dubbed ?Don?t Kill a Dream, Save a Life,? is on from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the following locations:

Reminds me of Jacks stories about his annoying neighborhood association. How do people live in there?! :scared

IMF,

when I moved to my current location, 4 houses were occupied. Myself being the 5th, and I got my home on a short sale, because the original owner couldn't afford the house, and it wasn't even completely built ! So I got a 20% discount to start.

Now, there are only 2 of the 5 left in the neighborhood, my next door neighboor, who was here 5 days before me, and myself.

As the neighborhood was completed, the houses filled up, it was a nice, safe, gate guarded, but no guard neighborhood. 2008 hit, and we know what a pisser that was? Foreclosures started popping up and the neighborhood started looking like "The Hood" Yards looked like fields, broken window, kicked down gates, garage doors.... and our flat dick HOA did nothing about getting a security patrol in here. However.... as the people left they "ATTEMPTED" to raise everyones HOA FEES ! :142smilie TWO WORDS FOR YOU CLOWNS ! AND THE AIN'T HAPPY BIRTHDAY ! The contract was signed for X dollars a month, not X + dollars because there are unoccupied homes ! There was a class action suit against these turds, and them being turds, they hit the water and sank, and lost !

So now, 400K + homes are dropping in value, A LOT ! It was brutal to have my place aprraised to refinance, especially when the landscaping, pool and extras were taken into account

I understand that there are people who want to get away from a shitty neighborhood and pull a "George Jefferson" I am all for anyone grabbing another rung on the ladder, keep reaching and excellerate in life. What I don't understand is, "why bring the shit that you left to an upper middle class neighborhood?"

I mean come on asshole, pull up your fucking pants and use a belt please !

Do you really need 6 pit bulls in your back yard?

Why, Why, Why ! Do you have that shitty music playing at decibel level of 747 at 0230 every friday and saturday night ! You know some one, me, is going to call the cops !

I could go on about how ALL PEOPLE in this arrogant yuppie hell behave here, from speeding, to not picking up after their dog.

I once was a block captain for the neighborhood watch. I spent a great deal of time putting together information sheets on basic home security. NO FIRE ARMS INVOLVED ! ! Shocking huh ?

I passed out these info packets 3 times, 4 months apart. I have/had 34 house in my A/O area of operations. Total info sheets returned after 102 sheets passed out..... 9

9, yes, these people are too apathetic to care, too wrapped up in their fantasy world of watching whatever the latest and greatest "UN-Reality" Show is ? Or the newest, yet soon to be cancelled show about prim and proper upper class bitches who are actually a bunch of snake headed whores? That just about describes anything on ABC?

Now we have had 5 vehicle break ins, 4 home invasions, and the BIG CHEESE wants me to take the ball again ! :mj07: :mj07:

I told him he needs to pay for my time and materials, being that no one on my street cares about safety, teamwork or being a neighbor.

He replies, "What is your hourly rate?"

"I make xy and hour, so I will require 75% of that number"

This goes back to the next clown above him, with a reply of, in caps, large font and in red

NO WAY

My reply is,

well then, you have my answer as well.

I will not and cannot take time from my family and from work to do this and get less than 3% participation from these people.

I am all about protecting myself, my family and my goods.

Get back to me when you and the board come to your senses.

FYI

The shit bag who was doing the vehicular thefts was arrested 2 days ago, one of the many shit bags that live nest door to me that I have previously mentioned. 6 police cars, 8 LEOs searching and tearing apart his car and the house !

Another home invasion last night !

10 house to my north ! :mj07:

Terror Tuesdays, Kill Lists and Drones: Has the President Become a Law Unto Himself?

Terror Tuesdays, Kill Lists and Drones: Has the President Become a Law Unto Himself?

by John W. Whitehead
?What lies at the nexus of Obama?s targeted drone killings, his self-serving leaks, and his aggressive prosecution of whistleblowers is a president who believes himself above the law, and seems convinced that he alone has a preternatural ability to determine right from wrong.?
~ Peter Van Buren, a 24-year veteran Foreign Service Officer at the State Department
Since the early days of our republic, we have operated under the principle that no one is above the law. As Thomas Paine observed in Common Sense, ?in America, the law is king. For as in absolute governments the King is law, so in free countries the law ought to be king; and there ought to be no other.? Several years later, John Adams, seeking to reinforce this important principle, declared in the Massachusetts Constitution that they were seeking to establish ?a government of laws and not of men.?
The history of our nation over the past 200 years has been the history of a people engaged in a constant struggle to maintain that tenuous balance between the rule of law ? in our case, the United States Constitution ? and the government leaders entrusted with protecting it, upholding it and abiding by it. At various junctures, when that necessary balance has been thrown off by overreaching government bodies or overly ambitious individuals, we have found ourselves faced with a crisis of constitutional proportions. Each time, we have taken the painful steps needed to restore our constitutional equilibrium.
<table border="0" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="0" width="135" align="right"><tbody><tr><td>
</td></tr></tbody></table>
Now, once again, we find ourselves skating dangerously close to becoming a nation ruled not by laws but by men ? and fallible, imperfect men, at that. Yet this latest crisis did not happen overnight. Its seeds were sown in the wake of the 9/11 terror attacks, when fear-addled Americans started selling their freedoms cheaply, bit by bit, for phantom promises of security. From torture at CIA black site prisons and Abu Ghraib abuses to extraordinary renditions, from TSA body scanners and warrantless wiretaps to the PATRIOT Act, Americans have failed to be outraged by the government?s repeated violations of the rule of law. In this way, as the ?war on terror? has unfolded beyond our wildest imaginings ? from the barbaric treatment of foreign detainees at American-run prisons to the technological arsenal being used by the U.S. government to monitor and control its citizens ? our rights have taken a meteoric nosedive in inverse proportion to the government?s rapidly expanding powers.
The New York Times? recent revelation that President Obama, operating off a government ?kill list,? has been personally directing who should be targeted for death by military drones (unmanned aerial assault vehicles) merely pushes us that much closer to that precipitous drop-off to authoritarianism. Should we fail to recognize and rectify the danger in allowing a single individual to declare himself the exception to the rule of law and assume the role of judge, jury, and executioner, we will have no one else to blame when we plunge once and for all into the abyss that is tyranny.
Declaring Obama?s actions ?without precedent in presidential history,? the New York Times describes a process whereby every few weeks, Obama and approximately a hundred members of his national security team gather for their ?Terror Tuesday? meetings in which they hand pick the next so-called national security ?threat? to die by way of the American military/CIA drone program. Obama signs off personally on about a third of the drone strikes: all of the ones in Yemen and Somalia, and the risky ones in Pakistan.
These ?Terror Tuesday? sessions run counter to every constitutional and moral principle that has guided America since its inception. It?s not only suspected terrorists whose death warrants are being personally signed by the president but innocent civilians geographically situated near a strike zone, as well, whether or not they have any ties to a suspected terrorist. As an anonymous government official on Obama?s drone campaign observed, ?They count the corpses and they?re not really sure who they are.? Indeed, Obama?s first authorized drone attack in Yemen led to the deaths of 14 women and 21 children, and only one al-Qaeda affiliate. Incredibly, the government actually justifies these civilian deaths by suggesting that the individuals must be ?militants? or ?combatants? simply because of their proximity to the target.
No matter what is said to the contrary, the Constitution does not in any way provide for the president to engage in such acts, even under the auspices of his role as Commander in Chief. In fact, the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment?s guarantees of due process, intended to protect citizens in the event that the government attempts to overreach its authority, assure every American citizen that before the government can imprison them or put them to death, they have a right to hear the charges being levied against them, review the evidence, and be treated to a fair and impartial trial by a judge or jury.
Thus, perhaps hoping to distract and divert the public?s attention from the core issue at hand ? namely, the fact that the president has become a law unto himself ? the Obama administration has launched an investigation to discover who leaked the information about the kill list. The media, in typical fashion, have taken the bait. However, no amount of obfuscation can alter the fact that Obama, by his actions, is circumventing the Constitution, especially as it pertains to the rights of American citizens. Indeed, in a decision he claims was ?an easy one,? Obama has already killed two American citizens in this fashion: Anwar al-Awlaki, an American cleric living in Yemen who served as a propagandist for Al-Qaeda, and his 16-year-old son.
Yet with every passing day, the casualties are mounting ? not just the innocent women and children abroad blown to smithereens by American missiles, but our Constitution, our increasingly fragile republic and our ability to trust that our government leaders will be accountable to abiding by the rule of law.

The Beast: Tracking You and Your Family Just Got a Whole Lot Easier

?When your life and all you love are on the line?

-Verichip
It?s been hailed as the ultimate in personal identification and human tracking technology, and now it?s going mainstream. The VeriMed system, formerly known as the Verichip, is a passive RFID microchip measuring about the size of a grain of rice and is implantable under your skin, making it possible for health care providers and other parties to instantly access your medical history and other personally identifying information.

The chip itself doesn?t store a whole lot of information other than a personal identification number, much like a social security number. When scanned it connects directly to the Healthlink global network via the internet allowing doctors immediate retrieval of everything they need to know about you.
The systems are not only limited to human medical data storage, however, and have been used for years as location tracking for cattle and pets by Verichip?s former parent company Applied Digital Solutions.

Recently the UK prison system proposed that these machine-readable chips be implanted into prisoners to keep tabs on their whereabouts and help prevent escape:
Because of concerns about the security of existing tagging systems and prison overcrowding, the British Ministry of Justice is investigating the use of satellite and radio-wave technology to monitor criminals.

But, instead of being contained in bracelets worn around the ankle, the tiny chips would be surgically inserted under the skin of offenders in the community, to help enforce home curfews.

While reportedly plagued with security problems and health concerns, RFID chips are being rapidly implemented into society, often with the argument that that they will protect the safety of our loved ones, namely our children:
While interviewing Scott Silverman (Applied Digital CEO), Sean Hannity said on October 24, 2008: ?[Parents are saying:] we can?t even allow our kids to play in the front yard. Is there anything ? technologically speaking ? that [parents] can do that can help the situation, like a kidnapping. Is there, for example, a microchip?we can use for our kids?? In the interview, Silverman describes a PLD, which is an acronym for ?Personal Locating Device,? which is an RFID chip. This PLD is to be implanted into the body of the ?child or someone you are interested in tracking.?

While Hannity initially presents the RFID?s use into the context of ?protecting children from being kidnapped,? Silverman quickly admits the multi-function purpose of the RFID: ?It is the first implantable microchip for humans that has multiple security, financial and healthcare applications.? Sean Hannity?s response: ?I love this idea, Scott.? Security, financial, and healthcare: These are the vast categories of use which would encompass all of human life and activity in America.

While VeriMed and its precursor the Verichip are reportedly designed for medical application, the system itself is already capable of wide ranging tracking implementation that includes personal location services. Coupled with the recent advances in federal surveillance technologies that include a massive newly built National Security Agency data center [5] and tens of thousands of drones patrolling the skies [6] of America, an implantable tracking chip would give the government unfettered access into the personal lives and daily goings on of every man, woman and child in the country.

As Mark Dice points out in the Resistance Manifesto [7], the ultimate goal of the chips is to replace ?drivers licenses and cash by using these devices so that every person on the planet will not be able to buy or sell anything without one.?
I?ll Never Stick One of Those In My Body!

Revelations refers to it as the mark of the beast.
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a MARK in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the MARK, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Revelation 13:16-18 [8]
To suggest that Americans would willingly accept such a ?mark? under their skins for the purposes of health care or financial security may sound ridiculous, but it is not out of the realm of possibility.

Consider the current state of affairs in America and the world and we can see how easily global governing entities may move to force such a technology on the vast majority of the population.

There are hundreds of millions of people worldwide, including half of all American households [9], on some form of government assistance, be it medical insurance, welfare, food stamps, disability or retirement stipend. With all of the fraud rampant in the system as it exists today and the lack of funds to maintain it, it would only take one major crisis for the government to step in and pass a law that forces anyone receiving government benefits of any kind to be implanted with an RFID chip in order to continue receiving those services they can no longer live without.

Can?t happen? Heck, these days the government doesn?t even need to pass a law. The President can either mandate such an action through Executive Order (as he and his predecessors have done so many times before), or a government alphabet agency can simply instigate a new rule requiring it, such as the USDA?s recent call for exactly what is mentioned above - RFID tracking for those receiving food stamps [10].

Some would bow out of the system on personal moral or religious grounds, but millions would be left with no other choice but to concede their liberty.

Do you need to put food on the table to feed your family or gain access to that life saving medicine for your wife or child? Then you and your family had better have the chip, otherwise there will be no help coming to you.
It?s that simple, really.

With more Americans than ever before dependent on government redistribution of wealth and services to get by, acceptance by most people of this technology is not such a far off proposition, especially with the threat of cutting off access to those services which people have come to depend for survival.

Those who refuse the chip, of course, would soon be labeled unpatriotic domestic terrorists, added to no fly lists (because if you?re not chipped, you?re probably hiding something and are obviously dangerous), and we?d soon see FBI/DHS bulletins distributed to doctors, retailers and government bureaucrats about how to identify potentially threatening activities of non-chippers.

If you see an unchipped, say something. It?s your duty.

-->Federal agency developed UAVs years ago to keep tabs on land use

Following a mainstream media backlash that claimed to ?debunk? fears that the EPA was using spy drones to monitor pollution and land use, a method of surveillance that threatened to ensnare farmers and ranchers, it actually turns out that the federal agency is doing precisely that.

19271.jpg

Following confusion over a claim that the EPA was using unmanned drones to spy on cattle ranchers in Nebraska and Iowa, when in fact the federal agency was taking pictures from manned aircraft, the establishment media went on the offensive, characterizing fears that the federal agency was using the excuse of environmental regulations to keep tabs on farmers as paranoid delusions.

The Washington Post led the charge, debunking the ?menacing tale of government gone too far,? quickly followed by the L.A. Times and innumerable other news outlets who seized upon the error to portray opponents of drone surveillance as reactionary lunatics.

Leftist blogs like Mediaite and scores of others placed the blame squarely on the Drudge Report and Infowars, noting how, ?The story originally appeared on several blogs, picking up traction after the Drudge Report linked to an InfoWars article on the story,? before it appeared on Fox News.

The very real and alarming fact that the EPA is sending its agents up in manned aircraft to spy on farmers over their disposal of waste water was hastily brushed aside in favor of pursuing the witch hunt against those who mistakenly claimed the spying missions involved UAVs.
?It was never true. The EPA isn?t using drone aircraft ? in the Midwest or anywhere else,? reported the Post?s David A. Fahrenthold with a triumphant sneer.

You probably won?t be too surprised to learn that the Post ? along with dozens of blogs who parroted Fahrenthold?s article ? got it completely wrong.

A search of the EPA?s own website proves that the federal agency has been developing spy drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) for the purpose of monitoring pollution and land use for years.

An EPA project entitled Landscape Characterization and Change Detection Methods Development Research, which was scheduled for completion in 2009, describes how the EPA would use ?UAV and satellite based remote sensor data to provide a continuous environmental monitoring capability.?

The report describes how the EPA used technologies developed by the Department of Defense and NASA ?to develop terrestrial, coastal ocean, and surface-troposphere flux unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) missions? in order to ?support environmental decision making? and measure ?biogenic emissions? (emissions produced by living organisms or biological processes).

In other words, the EPA has since at least 2009 developed the capability to use unmanned drones to monitor man-made pollution and spy on farms and ranches for the purpose of land management.

In addition, a separate 2005 EPA report details how the agency planned to use ?Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), in a multi-stage approach to meet EPA information needs.?

Not only has the EPA developed its own spy drones for the task of monitoring the environment, it has also given grants to other organizations for the same purpose.

A 2008 progress report found on the EPA website describes a a four-year grant to Syracuse University. One ?major outcome? of the project is listed as the, ?Successful development and testing of an unmanned aerial vehicle for urban airshed monitoring to measure pollutant levels above buildings.?

So yes, despite what you read in the Washington Post and the rest of the establishment media echo chamber, the EPA is using drones to spy on land use and monitor pollution.

The EPA is using unmanned aerial vehicles to conduct surveillance of ranches and farms and has been doing so for years.

Given the EPA?s close relationship with NASA in working with the space agency to create satellites to monitor land use, the future seems geared not around spy drones but spy satellites like the ones already under development in Europe that will measure man-made carbon emissions from space in order to ?hunt down? violators of international climate agreements, allowing Big Brother to enforce a future tax on CO2 emissions.

And when such a program is ready to be launched, expect the establishment media to pull the same trick of obfuscating the truth by claiming none of it is happening.
