Who is the one guy in the entire lineup that is hitting this year...who is there best hitter? Lee. So what do you do...you serve up a f*cking beachball right down the middle.

Pitch around him you dumbf*ck.

Apparently the Phillies don't believe in small ball either. Always playing for the 3-run homerun I guess. First and Second, no outs, and the guys strikes out. Bunt em over maybe??

That is one reason why they are the Phillies and will never win the East.

Line drive back to Hawkins. He made the catch for out #2 and tried to double off the runner at 1B, throw hit the runner and went into the stands, 2 runs score.

liner back to the pitcher. hawkins tries to look to 3rd base to double up the runner. decides to try and double up the runner off of 1st instead. throws it low and it skipped into the stands. strange last inning on both sides

as far as charlie manuel goes, hes managing the same way he did with the indians. he refuses to give up outs. he always thinks the 3-run homer is right around the corner. not sure how hes gonna survive in the national league with that philosophy

Now people are seeing what Twins fans saw for many years. He throws hard but there is something about him that goes wrong. Maybe it is that his fastball is straight as an arrow!

And that fastball is all he throws. He's not real bright either.
