kentucky beat the shit out of this team last year:
74-52 in vandy
106-44 in kentucky
81-63 in the sec tourney

im not sure i buy into the vandy hype for this year; with that said, however, i would think vandy hasnt forgotten those ass-whoopings. at least theyre good enough to possibly do something about it this year.

tough game for sure, but you dont have to look far for a subplot.

cant say i have a real opinion there on either the game nor which way the line might go. i can say that vandy has been a public darling this year (no surprise, as espn did a good job hyping them and all the preseason publications hyped them up). but on the flip side, im sure there will be a strong contingent backing kentucky on their home floor. your guess is as good as mine. i dont think im gonna touch that game, but the revenge angle is enormous
