Hate Bellicheat and don't like the Patsies at all, but Wes Welker is a guy that you cannot replace.
As a Cowboys fan, back in the 90s even when Irvin, Aikman, and Emmitt were still playing, I knew it was over when Novacek retired. You just cannot replace those kinds of "safety net" guys.
