All of these West Coast teams suck so bad you could throw them all in a hat, and pick one out, and you would still have a loser on your hands:

Fullerton---CHOKERS
Pacific---CHOKERS
N. Arizona---CHOKERS
UCLA---CHOKERS
USC---CHOKERS

Do they know how to play basketball out west?? Geeezzzz..........

WTF are you talking about.......this has nothing to do with the West Coast. All 5 games you quoted were won by west coast teams. you just had the wrong side of them.


Fullerton didn't cover against RIVERSIDE (west coast)

Pacific pushed with an 8 against Long Beach (west coast really west coast right on the coast)

Northern Arizona who IS NOT really a west coast team hence the name ARIZONA, but albeit on the western side of US, didn't cover against Eastern Washington (west coast team though eastern part of the state)

USC lost to Washington (west coast)

UCLA failed to cover washingtong st. (west coast)

So, all in all 5 west coast teams did win or cover tonight. this has nothing to do with one coast being different than the other

All college basketball is bad basketball nowadays. Great atmosphere, super for showing your school spirit, but bad basketball none the less. The Hornets would beat UNC by 30.

The 49ers would crush USC by 3 touchdowns. The difference is that the only area in my opinion that college football suffers badly compared to the pros is in defensive precision. The rest of the difference is just because their bodies are not physically developed enough to handle pro football. College basketball is tough for me to enjoy because the learning curve is just so great for basketball players. Kids that age generally just don't understand the game. I appreciate the great atmosphere at college games and I enjoy people showing their school spirit by supporting their alma mater, but the basketball itself is terrible. No worse on the west coast than it is on the east coast.
