BIG PLAY!
I wanted to share w/MJer's my biggest bet of the season so far... usually i am an action junkie and use good money management with small bets.
but I guess its time for what i see as a big opportunity, i have looked at this game from a few angles and ALL point to my side.
ARIZONA Wildcats BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stanford is an upcoming team in the Pac-10, you can see it as their lines on both side of the ball are physical and are the strengths of the team. BUT they have the worse defensive backfield and very lttle playmakers on offense.
Arizona is the most impressive team outside of USC physically and athletically in the Pac. I've seen both in person and follow recruiting for all of the Pac.
Wildcats will make Cardinals 1-dimensional and will win going away 2h.

i don't see a high scoring game as Stanford will play a slow, rush only game. Stanford will struggle to score vs. Zona. I see a 24-3 or maybe 27-10 game.

i think stanford will score in double digits, but still slow the game down and keep it relatively low scoring

arizona's offense has been slowed down on the road approx 29 ppg (vs ucla/unm) as opposed to it's output at home (over 45 ppg).

i see a 31-16 type game.

fwiw.......arizona's weak spot is it's d-line (they got run on vs unm and have generated very little pressure on the qb thus far) but i think they hold up this week becasue the offense gives em a lead to play with.

Hey Johnny....I'm on a couple Pac 10 games myself. Wanted your opinions....

ASU at USC
WASH ST at OREGON ST


I have both dogs covering...just too many points here IMO for both fav's. I know the Cougars are horrible, but I feel the Beavers are just getting way too much respect with this huge line. They'll win, but just not sure by 30. I was on USC last week against the Ducks as I expected them to come out pissed off and they did. Again...28 pts for an ASU team who I feel will put some points up is just too much. Thanks buddy!

well kinda funny to see a 2-3 team giving 30 points! big factor is WSU has very good kicker and OSU doesn't.

on the USC game, both QB's are injured even if they play plus both back-ups are completely inexperienced. i can see USC completely shutting ASU down, so can ASU keep it respectful with their Defense? Az st should cover the large number but it will probably be in doubt the whole game.

I'd say ASU or pass on the game. there are a lot of very good lines with lots of value.

Thanks buddy....I've already played both dogs. I have a feeling you're going to be right about ASU getting shut down with no QB. I just read that Carpenter is doubtful for ASU. How will they score? Trojans stack 8-9 in the box and this one could be over. UNDER may be the way to go here....I think I'm screwed on this one. Gonna ride it out. GL today!!

another note:

if you're playing ASU+ and expect them to score, you might as well play the over as well. if ASU scores 9, you can't lose both (over is at 47)...
