Judge Neil Gorsuch age 49 will be confirmed! Obama, Kerry, Schumer, Clinton, Leahy all voted for him when he was confirmed as federal judge. Not one democrat voted against him then.
Obama's Former Soliciter General Neal Katayal last night called this a great pick and said Gorsuch is tremendous judge.
Now let's see if the 8 Dem Senators running in 8 states that Trump won by 60 percent will vote no on the confirmation. I hope they do because I have a feeling 3-4 of those states will elect a Republican in 2018.

For 80 years the policy in an election year was to not appoint a nominee but to let the winner of election chose nominee.
Blame Obama for not getting Ginsburg to retire so he could nominate younger Justice.

You did notice that I said "IF," right?!!

Although many I know are wary of him, he hasn't done anything yet (in this position) worthy of scorn. With that being said, I certainly wouldn't be surprised if the turn for the worse continues.

And for the bazillionth time, I don't ascribe to partisan politics. Many democrats are just as reprehensible as their republican counterparts. There is no draining the swamp with either party.
