Once again the good doctor resorts to attacking Clinton to try to defend one of the Bush Boys faults. It was wrong for Clinton to do what he did. Now, back to the Bush Boy and his base of the haves and the have mores.

my point is where is all the outrage in the media about this?

and Ken Lay has just as many connections with Kerry as he does Bush....where is all this mention??? yet everytime i hear a news story about Lay it is quickly followed by some moron commentating how this will affect Bush.....its like they are trying to deceive the public intentionally....

thank goodness for those haves and have mores.....

last check they held the country together as the top 1% pay 27% of this bills and the top 5% pay 50%.....yet you routinely criticize anyone who has worked hard to get ahead

Criticizing the American Dream.....the liberals' last resort......utterly pathetic

Cman I think Iraq will bring back the death penalty in the near future. The hand over is the best thing to happen there. They can deal out terror for terror where we had our hands tied--if you know what I mean.

"The banquet" while netting huge campaingn contributions was HUGE blow to Kerry.
You noticed M Moore wasn't there as they are trying to seperate themselves from the Moveon.org flock that killed others chances--however crew at banquet reafirmed their association with the hardcore libs.

---and speaking of hard core libs if you think the ACLU are not pulling for this Lawyer funded duet of lawyers--think again. Consider this for a second--currently they are having to dart around to find liberal judges--Who do you think the most liberal member of congress will try to appoint????

Also liked McCain ad--I know Eddie and many other "moderates" here like him so thought I'd post his comments so they could print it and read it before the go to the polls in Nov. ;)

John McCain: ``It's a big thing this war. It's a fight between right and wrong, good and evil. And should our enemies acquire for their arsenal the chemical, biological and nuclear weapons they seek, this war will become an even bigger thing. It will become a fight for our survival. America is under attack by depraved enemies who oppose our every interest and hate every value we hold dear. It is the great test of our generation and he has led with great moral clarity and firm resolve. He has not wavered, he has not flinched from the hard choices, he was determined and remains determined to make this world a better, safer, freer place. He deserves not only our support but our admiration. That's why I am honored to introduce to you the President of the United States, George W. Bush.''

Dogs That Bark,

While mentioning what McCain has said about Bush you also should include the zingers that he has used about Bush in the past that are going to be released by one of the liberal groups (cant recall which one theres a ton of them) but I saw the ad online and it's a good one as footage is shown of Mccain bashing Bush both during his presidency and during their primary run in 00!

DTB, before you get to goushing over McCain remember he was calling for another 200,000 troops in Iraq. As the good doctor would say, "Where is the media frenzy over this?" Since him and Bush are so buddy buddy now does that mean that Georgie Boy will restart the draft? Maybe even propose a fair one will take kids from the haves and have more families? If he is going to embrace McCain then maybe he should be clear on where he plans on getting the troops that McCain says we need.

McCain is useless to both parties since he has bitch slapped both of them numerous times and I dont know whomever in Bush's campaign had the brainstorm to utilize McCain they had to know they would get punked with footage of McCain ripping Bush!

Yeah, Dogs, I figure Eddie will give us a full review of the affair. Whoopi & John Melloncamp- Politics does make strange bedfellows indeed.

Of course I mean the Lay who gave Bush over a million. As far as I know all he did with Kerry was take.
Bush the CIA was wrong. Well they better get it right next time. Bush No we didn't I mean I didn't make any mistakes. Bush no the buck does not stop at the top. There is no top I share it with Cheney.
Maybe we do need a liberal in the office. At least he may get the bang for the buck. Bush spends all this money an nothing happens but the deficit grows and grows.

Then we all get the briefing and find it offers nothing new anyway. Just more B S to cover there buddies Ken Lay getting arrested. I found out he was a republican because he said I could go to hell. I told him I planned on it. Said I would see him there.

OK djv. The briefing doesn't matter after the fact because it offered nothing new. Besides according to you the CIA is all wrong to begin with. You are right about the BS cover-up. No one will know Lay was arrested. I found out he was a republican because he said I could go to hell. Thank You Ms Cleo.

Elvis,

WHy Hillary? Do you actually thing the Bush Medicare reform is good? This policy is a joke unless you have stock in Pfizer or any otherdrug card provider! I dont think Hillary's health care reform ever got off the ground but by god the Bush Medicare reform is a joke! With the Bush plan you pay (just for example) $95 for Vioxx a Arthritis medication and you have to include you $35-40 membership fee, but if you went through Canada you could get the same prescription for $55, now thats health care reform

MC, have to admit i am unaware of the bush plan. if you are correct, then his sucks as well. however, i do not think canada's plan is all that great, but the input of a northern border member would be more accurate. all i truly know is that tenncare, advocated by the former vp , gore is flat out terrible. tenncare is bankrupt and scandulous at best. i feel that the gov, demo/repub, is terrible any time it "creates a program" that the american people have to adhere to. i do not want to see gov healthcare as my taxes will go up again, but it is truly pointless as i am overtaxed now. as are most americans...

we do agree on this : i am not happy with gw or jk as a choice. this country truly suffers from the fact that we are a 2 party system, regardless of all the people that run for office. :help:

All I know is that under Bush I can no longer afford my prescription drugs. I have to cut some out as costs have risen them to a joke level. This is the thing about the Bush tax cuts. After he cut taxes for some fees for everything either appeared or increased. And a fee is just another word for a tax. Just like everything with this guy once you look thru the smoke the mirrors you can see the truth and it usually isn't pretty.

Health care cost a example. Under Clinton my plan went from 81 bucks to 95 bucks in 8 years. Co pay went from 8 to 10 bucks. Drug co pay from 8 to 10 bucks. With Mr bush I went from 95 bucks to 283 bucks in 3 years. Copay went from 10 to 20 bucks. Drug copay 10 to 15 and 20 bucks. Of course many items have almost doubled or tripled under his leadership. Seem price of milk lately or eggs and butter. Looks like the rich are getting richer. But none of this is a shocker. I thought it might happen. I had increases like this under the first Bush 41.

Check out:

Get a three month prescription from your Dr. and use this outfit. I gotta watch my cholesterol as diet and exercise ain't enough. I get my Lipitor (20mg) at $170 for 90 as opposed to the stateside price of $330. It works like clockwork, but it can only be for three months at a time.

Cost of health insurance has risen about the same yearly over the past decade and there is no solution.Either side can make their yearly promise but until there is tort reform you can forget it. I expect it to increase dramatically.Let me give you a few examples. Aids is a HUGE factor and cost.
Last week they had lady on Fox who is fighting to have company she works at cover same sex partners same as man and wife. She was furious because her same sex live in WHO HAD CANCER AND NO HEALTH INSURANCE could not be added to her coverage to pay for her medical expense. To give you the bottom line health insurance would cease to exist if you avoid paying for it or carrying it UNTIL you were diagnosised with major illness.
Yet people with this idealogy are the same that scream about increasing cost and people uninsured.
It amazes me why people in DC and San Fran area can not figure out WHY their premiums are higher--or why companys won't insure property or at extreme cost in areas where when they get pissed they riot and burn there own neighborhoods.

You want lower premiums?? Move to area where people respect other peoples property as well as their own.Get out of cities with the highest rates of "preventable diseases"
The sad part is even those in areas that are not included in above have trickledown effect on increased premiums but not so dramatic.

Doesn't make much sense to me to support those who vote in liberal judges and are against tort reform, support situations promoting preventive diseases with extreme costs, bitch about businesses that pay benefits---and then whine on increasing healthcare cost. You can'thave it both ways.

None of what you have above DTB will lower anything. Once the companies have it our of our hides it will stay there. I say it's time for empty hospitals to get there cost in line. Not build new ones while they have all this space open. I live in a moderate area. And my company is spread out across this country. There reason for the high jump to us was cost to them from the care givers. Care givers say it's the insurance companies.
