old school what the hell is it with these big guys always on top of the key? Pitt clueless center was there all night.

from the little tykes all the way to AAU buckets the kids are allowed to play the game they want to play..I know one of the highest ranking suits in AAU buckets who also coaches the National Team and we often talk hoops. He says that American Basketball is at its all time worst[sp?] Kids are not taught the fundamentals of the game and if they are they refuse to play that way.
They refuse to learn the mid-ranger jumper nor will they shot the 200-300 free-throws a day to hone the skills.

Mcity, I didn't know you had them on money line. Wasn't trying to be smart. Good luck from here on out.

I dont see it happening, this team goes through too many offensive droughts to win 6 straight games against top teams imo. I'm just glad we get a shot at the final 4, even if it took a horrible "theft".

Old School you are right. NBA is garbage. I don't think I bet 25 games all year. And those were mostly early in the season. Playoffs I will bet. And the NBA was one of my favorite sports to watch and bet. Last couple of years, forget it. Reg season, I could care less.

hoya, I took them because of their defense and they had the easy trip to the final four I thought. The only trip easier was Ohio St. IMO

i agree with all of what you said. i keep hearing this is a deep draft and i say where. To me Odem isn't ready and it sure wouldn't hurt the Texas kid to stay another year. This tucker kid from wisky to me is way overrated. Noah i like his energy and think he will do well in the pros but i like to see him without the help of a big guy next to him. I remember everyone last years trying to say NJ got the steals of the draft. I said they got a point guard who has problems but i like, an Boone is a stiff. I got vilified. Not sure what Boone has even done this year. Haven't heard his name much.

Sponge I agree, Odom isn't ready. He is showing it the last couple of games. I think these kids are worried about getting hurt and losing the NBA cash. When I was younger these kids had to stay in School, that was college hoops at its best. Plus alot of them can't keep the grades up.

If he stays in school for 4 more years that'll only leave him with a couple in the NBA...old fart.

yes its a tough decision but it sucks for the fans. If they stay longer we win in both sports. Odom just looks raw to me. The days of the Tim Duncans are over. You Look at chandler and Kwame Brown and you have to wonder what these guys and 4 years of college would have done for them.

Sponge, I will give you another name to throw in there. Jermaine O'neill Rotted on the bench at Port and Indy for 3 years. He is good now But wasted 3 years.

Now you tell me where they make more money if they stay healthy. The way Duncan did it. Polishing up his skills and now makes the most you can possible make plus a ton of indorsements or the way the two guys and Oneil did it? Especially the two guys i said. Those two might never max out a contract and who wants them to sell there product?. Im sure the money Duncan missed out on he has gotten a lot more on the back end. I guess when you wave millions in ones face its a tuff decision.
