What am I doing wrong - notifications

I've got 2 Notifications (top right), and can't seem to find/read either one.

I think I found the answer. When you click on the Notification and it opens the box up, do not click on Message Center.....click on the header bar "Notifications".

works fine for kickserv........it has never been an issue.

I don’t think it works on a phone. PC works fine.

Works okay on my phone
I click notifications then most of the time I just click Dimiss.
Mostly it's someone saying good luck.
It's alI good

I use DESKTOP SITE on my phone.
It works perfectly.

Thanks guys, was able to get in today for the first time, but hadn't tried in a while.
