This seems like one of the easiest picks on the board. Maybe GOY type of play. I just don't understand how Luck and the Colts are only laying 3 at home to the Fins. Can anyone talk me out of a hefty play on the Colts -3????

Watched the 2nd half of Colts Raiders and Indy was outplayed by a mile. They were extremely fortunate to get the win. Defense was gassed and when Pryor wasn't running for first downs he had 10 seconds in the pocket. Colts had one good drive that was aided by a frivolous 15 yard penalty. If they don't improve from that 2nd half then they lose outright.

Dolphins are much improved.

Top 5 team against the run. I think top 3. Their d line is awesome which will allow for them to drop a few extra guys into coverage to confuse luck, and/or bring blitz from all different sides to keep him guessing and anxious....remember even peyton would get happy feet when he faced a team that was constantly getting after him...dolphins will do it early and often.

They are very disciplined, and they have a bunch of guys in the secondary who are great at playing the ball. I see them causing 2-3 turnovers constantly during games this season.

Their oline is improving although losing jake long is something that will take time to adjust to. Run game has suffered some because of it, but lamar miller is a huge talent and can make things happen if he gets some room to operate Sunday.

Regardless of the running game, tannenhill is quietly gaining confidence, and becoming very good. Philbin is probably the best in the league when it comes to developing QB's. Aaron rodgers has said it numerous times, that much of his succes came from learning from philibin. He created many of the gameplans and schemes that rodgers was succesful with while winning a superbowl and continously torching defenses. He has tannenhill playing very confident and relaxed, and tannenhill continues to get better. I haven't missed a fins game in years, and I love the direction we are going finally.

I haven't been excited about the dolphins roster/organization/direction since we had parcells leave. I think he is amazing and wish he was still around. Anyways, I think we can compete with any team currently in the NFL, and don't see why we can't win in INDY against a very young indy team. We almost beat them last year and honestly outplayed them.

I'm not saying dolphins win, or even cover the 3. You just asked why they were only getting 3, and I believe Vegas knows this team is good, and constantly improving.

Gl to you eitherway.

If you luv dogs then play Mia. It's one of the best bets on the board.

When Ind went 11-5 last year, they were outscored by their opponents by 30 points. They are vastly overrated and Mia is underrated.

I want to chime in here as I agree with "some" of your inputs and simply wanted to share my thoughts........

When it comes down to it....I see Vegas collecting very close to 50/50 on each side...exactly what they want.

1) Miami is a very young and good football team....but they are not that good just "yet". Their Defense is solid and I give you that. I still don't understand why Trent Richardson rushed only 13 or so times last week :sadwave: and Weeden looked poor...but give Miami credit for picking him off 3+ times and controlling the line of scrimmage. I think they had over 6 sacks in the game and tons of pressure...just a dominating performance against a good offensive line in Cleveland.

However, their offensive rushing attack was piss poor & Mike Wallace is already crying about his touches being a "me/me" guy....I don't like it and rubs me the wrong way and sends a bad message in the locker room. :nono: :nono: I do like Lamar Miller a lot but this Indy D is much improved...more than they showed last week with the additions they made in Free agency! :0003

2) Pryor-Surprised everyone Sunday!! :scared Let's be honest- nobody expected this game to be close and about 90% of people in Survivor leagues bet Indy last week. Pryor's legs is the "ONLY" reason why Oakland was in the game. The "ONLY" reason!! Indy did "NOT" game plan efficiently/properly/was caught of guard for this more than they expected I think is safe to assume...

Senor posted in his thread earlier.....- just wait and watch Defenses clog up those running lanes of Pryor's and start taking away what he was doing. He bought tons of time, made some good throws and extended drives to keep them in the game..no CB can cover a WR that long or have LB's run and chase Pryor sideline to sideline. Give Pryor credit and his due...but Miami saw him first and others will be ready....Oakland is and will be horrible!!

Miami is now going on the road again week #2 and Indy is a much better team than Cleveland. I see why sharp bettors like the Miami angle as it appears to be a safe and sexy pick-and it very well may be...... but don't be surprised to see Indy win by 7:shrug: I think they both are solid young good teams.....I just don't like Miami in this spot on the road again and expect them to win in Indy. I see TY Hilton having a big game as focus will be on Wayne.

Just my 2 cents.....and best of luck with whatever you decide to do...my gut tells me those picking Indy will cash the winning ticket this Sunday
