LA at Cincy total runs o/u 9.5

In 9 home games Cinn under 9.5 only once (9)
In 9 home games 116 runs (12.88 per game)

Seems to me the total should be higher
Can someone tell me why not???

Also wind is blowing out!

its the perception that the dodgers cant score runs....well they will tonight!! Looks like good value to me.....Especally with Ishii on the mound...he is one of the weaker Starters on LA

I already posted this in my thread but I thought I should share it here too.

I am about 300 yards from the ballpark right now and the wind is blowing hard towards the outfield. I have been to most of the games in the stadium and whenever the wind is blowing out, the overs have hit and hit big. I have won good money betting Cinci Overs every game. Their pitching sucks, and they have good hitters who can score a lot of runs. I will continue to play lare on Cinci Overs

la scored 16 runs in ther last game....and cinci scores alot of runs and gives up alot at home...wind blowing helps too....

this is the 1st over I am going to play at cincy's home park so a 3-2 score wouldnt surprise me.

but just can't pass it up especially w/ ishii being a much better pitcher at home and cincy's bad pitching overall.
