Suprised more people didn't list it. Never thought I'd enjoy a comedy as much as Seinfield, but this is top notch.
I have learned that many madjackers are on crack, lots of crack.........how can I be the only one that listed "Family Guy"

dude, you think trueblood is top 2? I've heard GREAT things about Dexter... but... c'mon bro... i've even watched every Trueblood and think its ok, but how the **** can it be one of hte 2 best shows on tv you think?

A friend recommended this over the summer and I ended up watching the entire season in one day. I didn't include cable shows in my list, but this would be my No. 1 if I had. Just outstanding.
To those that mentioned Fringe, it kind of reminds me more of X-Files than anything else.

Family guy is the ONLY show I watch on 'network TV' and about the only other shows I watch outside of baseball and football are Entourage on HBO(sucks this season so far) and Californication on Showtime(completely blew me away on Sunday night)....
