WV coming off loss to Marshall at home.Johnnies have knocked off 2 top 20 teams ,Louisville and undefeated Pitt.Johnnies defense is really the reason.When you look at this team from an offensive stand point it's hard to imagine them winning.They rank 5th in the nation in def FG%,6th in scoring def,and 8th in rebounding margin.They rank almost last in 3 pt % and some other offensive catogories.Hill is back and his partner Lawrence can both put the ball down on the floor.You cannot press the Johnnies.They break you down.Pitino had to call the press off as did Pitt.
WV will be a tough matchup for the Johnnies.Pittnogle is an inside-outside threat.Gansey can score from anywhere.The offense they run will cause Johnnies defensive problems.Johnnies are coming off Conn beating them by 16.Also in that game Spears the 6'10 post player was ejected so he can't play today.He is a big body that helps Hamilton.If Ham gets into any foul trouble Johnnies are hurting for post players.

NU had Iona beaten.Until that last play that ESPN showed,it had to be devasting.NU played real good.They beat at home Ly Md and Fairfield by 3 and 4.But Rider is hot.They have won 3 of last 4[4-0 ats] in the last 9 days.Beat NU by 9.Thompson and Muniz are playing tough.Think they gave NU a tough game today.On friday they beat Canisius by 19 and Manhattan by 19 w/o CJ.
Canisius plus over Fairfield *
Griffs are 1-5 ats in last 6.Lost to Rider,Siena,MC,NU,Iona and Loy md by 19,21,7,9,15, and 15.Last win was vs fairfield by 11.Think Downey wakes up,Herring playing better abd Stags defense is terrible.
went about .500 overall yest.On strong plays went 5-3.Passed on my top play North Texas-So bama.Loved Bama.There defense would stop NT's undisciplined offense.But passed because Law was out.Well So bama did what I thought w/o law and shut down NT.Held them to 67 pts.And Jointer Bamas best player played only 13 minuts.Was so upset because I had this game pegged.But late last nite I realized I had played it already the nite before.So though I thought I passed on it I didn't.Nice little gift.Thats what happens when you play to many games and don't know what the hell your doing.
