Apparently I was better than I thought this year.

I got a Spektrum DX8 (a radio for flying RC planes, and a kick ass one at that), an Iphone5 and a Delonghi coffee/espresso maker.

Had to burn up some vacation time so I've been off about 14 days.I haven't really done much but decided to run up to Tunica on Friday and stay the weekend.First session Saturday at a vp machine I got a nice gift for a low roller.

I'd already finished all my shopping but this made it really easy to go out and make sure Christmas was even better.

A perfect example of exactly the childish bullshit I was talking about yesterday.

Trampled and Hedge,
While I realize that this is a public forum and all that, I also realize only one of you started it this time.........

I am asking both of you nicely and respectfully to not ever post this shit in any of the threads I start. It ruins the thread and it isn't even remotely funny to me or many other Trampled. This was a fucking Christmas gift thread. At what point did you decide fucking with this shit on Christmas in a thread started by one of the people that detest this bullshit was a good fucking idea?
Seriously man, please don't do it again in threads I start.

Hope that helps,
FDC

One of the saddest experiences in my life up to this point is to witness the disappointment in my 6-year old daughter?s face when she did not receive her request from Santa. We went to Six Flags on Sunday, December16. She sat on Santa?s lap at Six Flags and told him she wanted a toy whale. I did not take that as serious because she just got through watching a show on TV about whales. What kind of crappy request is that? Well? She opened all her gifts, but all the while she was waiting to open a present with a whale. I did not recognize any of this until she asked me if there were more presents. I said there are still more in the stocking. She poured the entire content out of the stocking but did not find the toy whale. Then she said to me, Santa Claus did not give me a toy whale. That was when my heart sank. How can I not take her seriously when she did tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas? So all the clothes and all the big toys meant very little to her. But here is the best present I got. I explained to her that Santa gave her the little unicorn instead because there were millions of kids out there and he got confused with all the different toys. She is an angel because she accepted that and played and enjoyed the rest of Christmas day with her unicorn.

:sadwave: That is very sad and a great reminder for all you parents out there that one of the most remarkable joys of children is their honesty. You must listen when they say things as they always speak from their hearts.:0074

My contribution was relevant to the thread. My apologies for not looking to see who started the thread and how sensitive that individual is. Maybe Internet posting isn't for you? I guess that is why you want your AR-15 always at hand?
