I can't believe how young some of you guys are. I'm in that middle age category and have enjoyed life to the fullest. Just celebrated that one Jack just had plus a few I am a teacher (who can see that light at the end of the retirement tunnel) and enjoy every day at school. This is my thirty second year in education. I have been married to the same beautiful woman for thirty six years. She has given me two wonderful sons (around some of you guys' ages/ 30's) and a life of happiness. I am the proud papa of two adorable grand daughters who light up my life daily. Love all sports and competed in triathlons for many years till I messed up my knee. I am an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam war and pray every night for our troops overseas. Looking forward to the end of the semester to pursue my seond passion (after my family and before sports wagering).........Fishing the Canadian waters :mj14:

28 years of age. I work as a Marketing Assistant for a small restaurant group (2 restaurants, catering, and a concert series) here in Nashville. Currently looking for a more lucrative position.
I play live poker once a week, and enjoy most entertainment vehicles including sporting events, theatre, and music. I just traveled to Birmingham to watch USA beat Guatemala 2-0 a couple of days ago.

Blazer--was down in Birmingham for the game as well. Was sitting opposite of benches on the 50 about 19 rows up for the first half. Moved over to the bench side corner pole to watch us bombard their goalie again for the second half! How about that bike!!!! If he would have scored there, I think it would have been a "Where were you when..." in US soccer history (not long it is all that storied to date).

What's your live game like in Nashville? Buy-in? Night? Looking for more players? I'm on the west side (between Belle Meade and Bellevue) if ya'll are looking for another player.

I wasn't going to post in this thread, but what the hell.

I went to college on a golf scholarship, turned pro after the Vietnam war and played professionally for 6 years...mostly Canadian tour, Asian tour and select tournaments in the states. Got married and owned a golf discount store until the 80's. Designed and sold high-end trade show exhibits until recently. Now overcoming cancer scare and retired.....been gambling since I could grip a golf club.

Turn the Big 5-0 in November. Will be married for 30 years in December to the same beautiful woman. Have been in the dairy delivery business for almost 27 years. Father of 2 great kids and Grandpa to 1. Boy is she a blast. Like to play golf and enjoy sucking the heads of a few cold ones. :drinky: :drinky: :drinky: Love going to Vegas, get just as excited as if it were the first time. Been gambling ever since I can remember.
