I have a 67 VW camper that I drive as often as I can. A 97 Avalon as my backup and a 72 VW camper that I'm getting ready for the road as we speak.

Let me see.

'87 VW GTI (daily driver) only runs premium.
'93 Acura Vigor soon to be extra JDM beater. :)

"03 VW Golf The other beater
This also runs only on premium. I can't stand putting more than $25 at a time in it. :cursin:

I spent $31.20 to fill mine at 2.39 a gallon yesterday, running on vapors so it was pretty much a full tank. First time I've ever paid more then $27 to fill a car other than when I used my old roommate's Navigator. I can't imagine how much that thing costs to fill these days.

had a Civic till about two weeks ago...

cost 23 bucks to fill up and i could squeeze out almost 400 miles before i had to fill up the 14 gallon tank again..

got a Lexus ** 300 a few weeks ago and my mouth dropped to the floor when it cost $38 to fill up.. Also getting a lot less miles.... getting about 340 miles out of my 17 gallon tank...

Much easier to haul all the medical equimpent i usually have to lug around

Me 2004 Dodge Dakota V-8 about 18 miles per gal.
Just leased the wife a 2005 Grand Cherokee. She only got the V-6. She got pulled over the other day going 48 in a 30. Good thing my son is a police officer and it was one of his buddies that pulled her over. Also doesn't hurt that she is an attractive blonde. :)
