We have our draft tonight and I choose 3rd of where I draft. #1 took #1, #2 took #2.

I was trying to determine if I am better off taking the 3# position, or if take the #10 position, so when I pick, I always have 2 picks..

We have standard scoring, with 10 team, 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1 FLEX, K/D

I would take 10th and grab a WR/QB combo. Unless you get AP the next 8-10 RB are the same to me but a top WR/QB combo is very tough to come by.

Grab Manning/Wayne or Brady/Moss something like that if you can.

In our draft, there wasn't a stud combination available at #10 & 11. Looking at it this way, with the #3 pick, the 1st 4 rounds you will draft #3, #18, #23, &#38. At #10, you will draft #10, #11, #30, &#31. My personal preference would be to have the #3 pick to get either a stud RB or WR, as I don't think one would be available at #10. If you draft smart, I don't see much advantage one way or the other in rounds 2-4. Just my opinion.

The best idea I would have is to rate the very top players you'd LOVE to have, and then maybe take the last spot there, so you'll get a quicker #2 pick. Unless there's someone special that you really want, I'd often opt for a quicker second pick with a bunch of the same value guys to you. Depends on a lot, carryover players, etc.

Good luck, man. Have fun, first and foremost.
