Is it possible to get list/current address of the employees moving in?--If so send them welcome letter and let them know about your service before they move. If you only get 5% thats 50 yards--a pretty good shot in the arm starting out.

I had an organic service for lawn temorarily and fired him.

They came out and treated my yard for grubs
Took care of the grubs in 5 days but took me month to get rid of the moles.:SIB
