TO get a little more perspective.. He wants to give me a phone that is in his name.. Not my phone.. I mentioned the offshore deal to him yesterday and he doesn't want to do that.. He will find someone who will answer phones.. m
Bottom Line is that I am not going to do it.. I don't want to be stuck having to answer the phones all the time.. Too much risk.. Not enough reward.
This guy could solve all of this doing what u suggested. Lots of guys wont do it and then when they do they never go back to phones. You all the sudden find out u have a life. No more dealing with people to answer phones, mistakes, hours and hours of paper work. The guy is either cheap or nuts.
This is very true. Every local that I have dealt with has been worried about turning over his customers to a PPH service but once they do, everyone of them wonders what took them so long and is excited to have their life back. This guy could solve all of this doing what u suggested. bleeding - are you good friends with this guy? Seems like a big risk on his part if you don't have a good relationship.

The phone answering is only part of the service, the full accounting and monitoring features available makes record keeping a piece of cake. With manual record keeping, most do not even consider the number of times that an error is made in the customer's favor but virtually never in the favor of the bookie. Additionally, customer disputes on wagers are largely eliminated with the online wagering history and recording of every call.
