First let it be known that I will be on LSU(assuming they make it) in the SECCG given the line is less than 17. Having said that, what two teams go to the NC game if UGA wins:shrug: BTW save all the "it could never happen" as the past few days have proven, absolutely ANYTHING is possible.

if georgia beats LSU they are in the NC game

they beat the #1 team in the nation

they get the call

but first things first,
\

Georgia most likely will take a bad stomping vs
LSU ............

probably is high

If LSU loses to Arkansas would be more likely

then what

UGA has no chance of making it, just curious what two teams people felt would, given the scenerio. UGA was told in 07 they couldnt be in the NC game because they didnt win their conference, take that same reasoning and there would be zero SEC teams in the NC game this year because LSU and Ala didnt win their conference:shrug:

There is no way a 2-loss UGA team will jump Bama or LSU in the BCS standings. Even if they beat them I don't think they move ahead

Was responding to KOD. To answer your question I think it would still be LSU. With so much going on a late loss won't hurt as bad as in other years.

I'm not sure LSU is just gonna skate by Arkansas though.

this woulda been the year for boise to finally have a legit shot at the big game...

but dan goodale did not want to have it happen and missed wide right...

boise i think most surley woulda been in if lsu loses....

but to answer your question, i would think lsu would still be in....who knows tho....

arky may have a chance at the big game if they beat lsu, and somehow make it to championship....will need to finish above bama in the bcs rankings i beleive to make it to sec championship game, and then would have to beat georgia, but who knows...

Who knows how it will turn out, I just remember hearing how you "cant go to the NC game if you dont win your confernece" a few years back when we were ahead of all other SEC teams in the BCS rankings(mostly LSU fans for obvious reasons). Now if that same scenerio played out, you would have 0 SEC teams in the big game.

very true....

this is one of the best years to argue we need a playoff system...

also, the year auburn ran the table with ronnie/cadillac in the backfield....and didnt win the championship...

both very good reasons why it needs to be adjusted IMO...

i enjoy the playoff atmosphere each and everyweek for teams in big games, but would much rather substitute that for 4 good weeks of football at the end of the year, watching the best hash it out...
