it's photoshopped. the shadows on the top left of the guy and girl are terribly wrong. his head wouldn't be shading on the cabinet 12' behind him.
Foreigners is the answer... You know how the Euros roll... Topless chicks is nothing taboo... Hes got lotion and some sort of instructions sheet next to him.. Hes giving her some sort of massage and it that country I bet all the chicks take their shirt off..
